Close proximity to where I needed to be, comfortable bed and decent room. I would stay again in future

I was not able to get an early check in, which I understood was not possible, but I was also told no when I asked to use the bathroom facilities, told it was not available to the public. I thought that a bit screwed up, being I WAS checking in that day. After a 2 hour drive, I was badly in need of bathroom facilities and would have greatly appreciated some consideration towards a previous, present and future paying customer.

The location and where our room was positioned we have a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool was great. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The area where the hotel is located is very nice, we love it.

It was so nice we will go back again. Close to shops and diner option. It was very nice to drive around the area by the lake and the Delevare river.

Second time staying here. Staff were wonderful as well as other guests.

There were small holes in the wall, a very large framed picture just laying on the floor by the bed, broken curtains, and when we turned on the air conditioner the room immediately started smelling very unpleasant. We had a connecting room with my brother in law and his room seemed much cleaner than ours.

No towel rack , no hook on bathroom door, no hangers or proper way to hang cloths, room was very dusty and floors needed to be cleaned ( bottom of socks got very dirty) also large gap under door to room (2 inches) and hallway is tiled so it was loud (had to put towel down in gap ) to help with noise !

A basic room for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator to 2nd floor rooms and at our request, the staff changed us to a 1st floor room. It was quiet. Washroom and shower were clean.

The room was small. There was a bright light in the hallway that shone under the door all night.

For an older hotel, it had everything we needed for a. Comfortable night stay. The AC and refrigerator worked great. We didn't use the microwave or coffee maker. The continental breakfast was OK but didn't have as many nice options as most hotels we stayed at. There was no yogurt or fruit so no protein choices.

There is no elevator to get to the second floor rooms and the outside wood stairs are worn and slippery in the rain. The place could use a lot of cosmetic updates like new bathroom vanities, sinks, new paint color schemes, etc. Our bathroom was painted baby pink with maroon trim and an almond tub and a white and gray tile floor so everything clashed. The paint on the sink mirror was chipped and the vanity was chipped and rust was bleeding through the paint on the floor heat register and on the water lines. The thing that bothered us the most was the squeeky closet and bathroom door hinges so you would wake the other person if you got up in the middle of the night.

Clean, quiet, safe and comfortable for our family. 15 minutes from Legoland and close to hiking trails in the Catskills. The breakfast had the most delicious apples I have ever eaten.

The coffee machine at breakfast didn’t work. Not a big deal as we had coffee in the room.

It's a clean cheap hotel located close to Minnewaska State Park. My husband spotted a fox with a hen in its teeth (probably foxy stole a hen from a private property nearby).

Guys, you have to do something with low water pressure. My room was on the second floor in a building uphill. There was NO WATER twice during my 2 nights stay. Imagine, you're standing in the shower shampooing your hair, and the water just stops pouring... The tea & coffee maker in my room was broken. I had to use the microwave to boil water for tea. Sounds like not a big deal but something was wrong with the microwave. It burned paper cups and plates. Also, please remove "free breakfast" from the description. There's no breakfast because of Covid-19. That's weird because most of the hotels offer grab-n-go breakfast since 2020. It would be great if you could replace the pillows. They are extremely uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and well kept. It was comfortable, quiet, and scenic. The Manager, Swati, was AMAZING! She was very sweet and accommodating from start to finish. She even recalled my name and room number without me having to remind her when I visited the desk upon check out.

Nothing. Everything was as expected.

Great value, serve a small breakfast, breads and packaged breakfast rolls waffles and juice, cereals. Marked down on cleanlineess just because the floors (linoleum) were a bit gritty but overall very clean. Nice no frills place to stay
