nice to have an outdoor pool and restaurant food was top notch .

service at the restaurant was awful . Loud guests didn’t allow us to fully enjoy the stay . it felt like a party hotel in Vegas rather than a relaxing hotel . not recommended for couples looking to relax in quiet .

Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Loved the industrial eclectic feel of the rooms. Trendy lobby and appreciated the attention to detail. Dinner was great at the restaurant. Loved the focus on art. Highly recommend!

Wasn’t much attention to linen and general presentation of beds. Were clumsy and awkward to sleep in and make up. Needs to be simplified. Bathroom sliding door in our specific room was problematic. Nothing that we couldn’t find a solution for.

Apparently a guest drunk the stock water and replaced it with more water to make it look like it was unopen. I spoke to the desk clerk and she replace the water free off charge. I would recommend strongly that all refrigerator or check with a fine tooth comb...

It’s a very eclectic style that gives you a feeling of elevated luxury without an insane price per night.

There wasn’t much included in the price per night. There was no turn down service, so never any fresh sheets, fresh towels etc. Now, of course you can ask for them but the turn down service is an added luxury to staying in any hotel. The breakfast buffet was 18 for adults but it was really only 4 different selection of things and sandwich bread. We felt it was more reasonable to just eat la carte instead, I recommend the Avacado toast with bacon and an over easy egg. it was a great combination.

I love the whole vibe, service was great, decor amazing and the town of Nyack is so quaint. People are super nice! Met awesome, excited people, did fun things in a beautiful place. Beds were so comfy, pool vibe is great, especially for couples. Loved floor to ceiling windows, and the loungey feel. Bar, restaurant with outdoor area is super nice too. Drive from VA was easy!

I really wouldn't complain about anything, as our stay was lovely, but since I am being asked for feedback, there were three things that I think could be improved upon... The seating on the balcony, not well thought out considering everything else. Just not comfortable or welcoming. A table with two hard, upright chairs at either end...needless to say we didn't use it... The barn doors to the bathrooms were beautiful but were hung sloppily leaving about two inches of space at either side, ...making it feel like I had no privacy. The one other complaint was no dresser for clothes, there were three small drawers, but not great for someone who likes to feel organized...but again, I am just being picky, because I was asked to rate. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

The entire hotel was beautiful. Very different, from your traditional hotels. Very much loved the style of the hotel and room. Loved that the entire hotel smells lovely. Even the bed sheets did too. Very impressed with this hotel.

In the reading about what's in the room, it said it came with a microwave. Mine did not and after hours of travel, I couldn't eat the leftover food that I brought with me. It also was supposed to include a robe, mine did not. All staff from the concierge, hostess, and wait staff were very pleasant.

modern design with thoughtful touches, you wouldn’t even need to leave the hotel for your whole stay if you didn’t want to - everything is right there and really lovely and clean.

a very busy holiday weekend had the pool packed to the brim with kids, even the hot tub we couldn’t just sit and relax in because there were so many kids playing in it. seems like maybe that part at least should be adults only? also fighting for a seat around the pool with shade became like Hunger Games! more seats and more umbrellas so guests can all relax instead of stalking spots waiting for people to leave.

We only ate the food one night, they didn’t have a ton of options that fit our interest but it was good. The location is amazing very industrial feeling and only a few minutes from downtown which had amazing places to eat and walk around. Minutes from the Hudson River and easy access to train stations. We were able to walk from the hotel to downtown several times which we found easier.

You have to have a room key to turn on the lights in the room which was slightly a pain. And the elevator takes Forever.

We visit Nyack a few times a year and always stay here. Close to town and easy to get around from

Just one strange thing. We stayed just one night and getting into bed we noticed the queen bed had the wrong sheets on it. We were too tired to say anything. The bed is very comfortable, just the sheets didn't quite fit the bed.

Industrial nterior design and architecture are terrific. The staff is very courteous. We had a bite to eat at the bar and the tenders were friendly and informative, too. Atmosphere in the dining area leaves a bit to be desired, as does the food, but there is a great and inviting sitting area with a fireplace. Also, the hotel is across the street from an old cemetery, which is super cool and strangely serene.

The on-site dining experience is mediocre. Not bad, but not particularly flavorful or interesting. Fortunately, there are plenty of excellent restaurants, pubs, bakeries and more just a short drive.
