Courtyard by Marriott Yonkers Westchester County

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a large lobby with several spaces to relax or chat or work that are very comfortable. The room had a a nice set up with a large chair.

Good location and value. I noticed were the walls were thin. Most of the time it wasn't much of an issue. The room I stayed in the toilet upstairs was directly over the bed so I could hear every time it flushed, I guess stay on the top floor if this might bother you. Also I could hear talking and "activity" in other rooms when my TV was off. But that's ok cause Love makes the world go round! The breakfast was not cheap and al la carte but hey that's just New York.

I loved the location & the fact that there was free parking because believe it or not some hotels don’t offers free self parking. Everything in the room was nice, super cool place that they stored the microwave & the fridge & totally happy that there was 1 already in the room & not needed to be asked for, because some hotels sadly have it that way as well. SUPER nice shower, bathroom itself was nice as well. Tv was cool as it already had the options up there of like Netflix & Hulu, just needed your own sub info of course. Really nice & happy stay & I would return!

I didn’t like that there was always a humming noise so I’m not sure if it was the lights when you turn them on or if it was the vacuum in the hallway

courtyard by Marriott is always my preferred place to stay no matter the city! rooms are always clean and staff always pleasant

we stayed here for my sons birthday and even though I called to confirm on Saturday that the pool would be open for Sunday check in the pool was locked and not open for use upon arrival. only received the short answer of no pool is not open from staff until I asked again on Monday and explained it would be nice to know why since that was the deciding factor for using this particular location for the weekend. only then did I get a full answer

The room was exceptionally clean. The location of the room was perfect. The bed was comfortable the room amenities were excellent. The heat worked well. The curtains kept the light out of the room as we slept.

The main lobby restroom had toilet paper on the floor and the handicap bath stall had a sign OUT OF ORDER and it was locked but appeared to have a lot of trash left inside and that was unsettling. I did not need to use the handicap stall but the appearance was not the best as the first area I encountered as I came into the hotel.

The room was exceptional, much larger than I thought it would be. My only concern was that my friend was laying on the couch,and a few minutes later, saw that she had been bitten by some sort of bug, which we couldn't find, it caused a huge welt to form just above her elbow, which seemed to get better after she applied some alcohol to it. It was reported to the front desk clerk on duty,, who said she would record it,, and have the room thoroughly checked out by housekeeping the next day. I slept in one of the beds, and discovered small bite marks on my left lower leg. It is my intention to make sure that the general manager is made aware of these issues, but other than that, it was a great stay.

The brand...never a dissapoitment

No free breakfast. Checked in late the clerk could find my reservation for almost half an hour. Apparently Booking.com made an error with the first and last names although I repeated it 3 times. The phone in the room wasn't working, the clerk wanted to send someone but it was already late we opted until the next day. One of the clerks booked a taxi for us to the airport and give the person the wrong airport Newark and our airport was Laguardia we had to pay double fare and almost missed our flight. We were first timers in New York.

Thought the room was very nicely set up and decorated and thought the bathroom was given a lot of thought when designing it...the spaces for towels, spaces in shower for items, counter top etc. Bed was very comfortable. We were in a king suite.

The doors shut automatically, with such force, so it was very loud. We felt bad when we didn't catch them from banging, especially in the early morning.

I loved where the microwave and fridge were built in. Very aesthetically pleasing to the eye and I didn't have to bend down which was great! Room was nice and loved the bathroom. Very relaxing 1 nite stay. I was pleasantly surprised of the modern look.

That the cafe closed at 10pm. Hotel looked sold out. Should have later hours especially on a sold out nite.

Marco at check in was great. The room was large and comfortable. I liked the Starbucks in the lobby too.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The tray underneath the coffee machine wasn’t wiped down. Plus the wall paper next to the toilet was stained, most probably from urine splatter/Splash. Room #106 The place looked clean but could have been better. In my opinion. 👍🏼👎🏼

Everything very fresh and new, room was comfortable and well set-up, good breakfast options were available, it was very convenient to the highway, and there are restaurants across the street.

Nothing. A bit expensive considering not in Manhattan but the best option in the area.
