Motel 6-Elmsford, NY - White Plains

I like the staff manager Amanda should really helpful with helping me in my situation with my television in the room she came up and didn't leave until it was fixed that showed really good professionalism The people were nice and a location was beautiful The only thing I did not like is that the room did not have a refrigerator that would be nice so I wouldn't have to go back and forth to get ice for cold drinks other than that it was very clean and accommodations were very good

close to the Highways

I informed the staff that due to airplane delays that I would not arrive till the early hours of the next day about 1-2 am. The room was guaranteed paid or charged to my credit card. At 11:30 pm my phone got a message from the hotel informing me they were canceling my room. At the time I was still flying and did not land till midnight when I could turn my phone back on to receive this message.

Large King size bed was comfortable, room was clean with the exception of the floor. The parking lot was well lighted and parking was close to my room.

Room was nice and updated but the mirror was hung in the corner and couldn't use also not enough light. The desk was nice and big but it was dark. Needed a lamp on the desk. The floor was also very dirty, looked like new laminate flooring but my feet were dirty after walking around the room. Floor needs a good mopping. The water in the shower was extremely hot, burn your skin off hot and the handles made it hard to adjust the temperature correctly.

Room was clean and bathroom updated . Hot coffee and Tea available in lobby. Manager brought extra pillow when asked.

Booked smoking room but didn’t get it. requested ground floor but didn’t get it. Not enough pillows or towels for two travelers

Had the pleasure of meeting one of your staff by the name of Nilima. She made my stay very memorable. Took care of my room with extra touch, very much appreciated by me and my guest. I hope she's there when I return the next time I forgot to the thank her befor she left. Thx Nilima your the best 👌🏽

I liked that you get a lot of privacy with your own bathroom, the bed was super comfortable.

I did not like the AC that was super loud and wakes you up from time to time during the night when it starts up. everything is quite far from here so without a car or Uber it would be quite hard.

staff was nice

even though it was a smoking room the scent was awful walking into the room I think they should spray it to let out smoke smell or air it out also they should double check areas it was soap left behind from last guest

The staff was accommodating and the maids are very nice.

There are not microwave or refrigerator in rooms. The internet services is unreliable.
