very convenient and great location

front office staff very grumpy and not friendly at all. for me she looks too old to do the reception work as I found her to be grumpy and felt very annoyed. spoke to me rudely and it was like a problem when she should warmly welcome. there were two such persons and I think it will be good for the property to remove them before they cause more damage to the reputation of the hotel. everything else was good. I wanted to extend the stay but seeing her I decided not to and checked into another hotel

The breakfast was just okay. There were no best parts about that. The waffles were decent but the butter was cold, it needs to be room temperature.

I didn't care for the guy that checked me in, he was rude. He was assisting me and stopped to assist the white guy behind me and claimed it was because I wasn't ready. However, when the two White folks ahead of me weren't ready, he didn't start helping me. So, the question is why? Why did he not start helping me when that couple wasn't ready. Then, after assisting me he held onto my credit card. He gave me my key and paperwork but did not remember to return my bank card.

We asked for early check in on the arrival day and the staff was so helpful, we managed to check in 3 hours earlier .

The sin was clogged and there are some bugs in the bathroom , hopefully you guys will do the improvement and I will come back to stay in the hotel again .

There are so many restaurants near it. 5 minutes walking distance to Metro too.

Parking is nightmare. One way street, there is no parking for you to unload luggages. No free parking for hotel guests at ALL. However, there is a public parking 50 feets away. $2.75 per hour from 7am -7pm M-Sat. Sunday is free or park on the street if you're luck to find a space. Of course still need to pay.

Great place to stay for a Mets game. Easy access to transportation, good food in the area. Late night activities were plentiful. Ample choices for massage, mani-pedi within walking distance from the hotel. FREE / VALADATED PARKING!

I can't hold COVID against the hotel for the bar and other facilities being unavailable. They're doing the best they can with what's available.

Location was excellent since we were going to Citi Field (16 minutes walking distance, 7 by train). Room was clean, though is a none smoking place, our room stink of smoke. Breakfast was great( for the price of the stay).

Everything was great. Great experience close to the train station. A lot of restaurants love the location

Parkings. They need to have a parking lot

Very close to Subway and the Citi Field! Easy to come and go anywhere by subway.

It would have been very handy to have a little fridge but there isn’t really room.

Good variety, good tasting. We always left very satisfied.

Maybe a couple more coffee packs and tea also, in the room.
