Clean and modern. Good location for access to the US Tennis Open. Free shuttle to tennis grounds and to airport. Friendly staff.

The two bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. However, there was a TV in each of the bedrooms, but none in the living room. So, if both guests wanted to watch TV together, it had to be in a bedroom where there were no chairs, only a bed. Also, while there was a full kitchen, it was not equipped with any dishes, utensils or pots/pans.

Close to highways, and not far from beaches. Easy access to subway. The hotel is very clean, and has a nice restaurant attached. The staff were incredible. Professional, attentive, polite. Especially the breakfast staff in the restaurant. If you book directly with the hotel, you get free breakfast for two each morning. (And you also don’t have to pay for a night you didn’t stay because Booking.com messed up my reservation.) Very comfortable beds, but I wish they had queen-size instead of doubles. Nice bedding too.

Because the hotel is located in Flushing’s Chinatown I was hard to find my daughter food that she would eat from a restaurant. She is extremely picking, and doesn’t like any Chinese food. But we found a nice cafe across the street, and when they got her to go order wrong, they made her a new sandwich and walked it across the street to the hotel!

The staff was helpful. The bed was very comfortable! The temperature in the room was perfect. The parking garage was very convenient and their employees were efficient.

It was difficult to hear during check in between masks and the large barrier, but I wouldn’t want them gone. It just might be good to encourage the staff at the front desk to speak up and try to enunciate well.

The staff was very friendly and my bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and I really loved how large the bathroom was. I felt very comfortable in my room.

That the Magna restaurant was closed for dinner during my one day stay. I was visiting from Philly to see the Rock the Bells Concert and my mouth was watering for some delicious Italian food. The breakfast both days was absolutely amazing so I was really disappointed I didn’t get a chance to experience dinner.

The free shuttle service was really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the location being outside centre, the subway system was close by and we were able to get everywhere from there. The hotel is surrounding by some amazing cheap food spots. The room had great facilities and the bed was super comfy. Lovely buffet downstairs too.

ATM on the ground floor didn’t work. We were also not informed of any deposits required when arriving.

Hotel frontdesk staff a filipina and her supervisor was very accommodating. They promptly address the problem to our room upon checking-in. Location is within the vicinity to shops and restaurants. Room is neat and clean.

We had a problem to our room key. Upon arriving to our designated room, we can’t opened the door. It took almost an hour to fix it and we’re being told to transfer to another room but the other room had the same issue. In addition to that the safe in that room was not working. To avoid this will not happened in the future it should be checked by personnel assigned to it.

Came for the US Open and got great location, free shuttle to the tournament and airport, a large comfortable room and great meal at the attached restaurant.

Staff could have been a little friendlier but they were extremely helpful

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. The atmosphere was lovely as well. I really appreciate the levels of communication and how you made us feel welcome every time we walked through the doors.

Everything was awesome. There was not a thing that we did not like or could make better for this hotel. You have a really awesome hotel and we look forward to coming back real soon and staying again.

The suite was reasonably priced and had plenty of room and a nice kitchenette. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had to schedule last minute when our flight was canceled and they sent the shuttle right over to the airport and straight to the nice, comfortable room, making an otherwise frustrating evening turn out better than expected .

Very spacious room for NYC standard. Accessible building with ramp in front and a lift. Very close to the Chinatown area, tons of good Asian restaurants and supermarkets. Quite strategically-located. They have a complimentary shuttle service from and towards La Guardia Airport. We stayed during the Memorial Weekend, so the price is higher than usual, but definitely, the best bang for your buck especially if you are planning to explore Flushing/Queens area.

It's an old hotel with outdated appliances. The AC is very noisy, there is a lot of noise coming from the HVAC system above our room, we could barely sleep.
