Maybe, additional fitness equiiment and fixed water dispenser at fitness cener would make it much better

very convenient to access highways, shopping, dining. Also, staff very accommodating about visitors briefly parking in the area in front of hotel at no charge. Staff very helpful. Room very clean. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast adequate.

I would choose a room with king size bed with sleeper sofa as that would provide a bit of extra space for our family. And perhaps breakfast could have a few more warm food options. Other than that, I was very satisfied with our stay.

Clean rooms. Affordability. East access to the highway. Free simple breakfast

The receptionist initially told me she couldn’t see the booking and I needed to talk to the “third party” I.e bookings.com to verify and they can not help. This made me concerned as previously several reviews had mentioned it but thankfully she found the booking before I had to contact anyone else. There is no water in the room. Could have been convenient. Valet is too expensive, but you can easily street park. Drive to Manhattan is an hour at least. the highway is always jammed.

The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was wonderful.

One of the two elevators was down about half of our 7 night stay. One day both were down and we had to walk down five flights of stairs. If I had known that ahead of time I would have booked differently.. Breakfast items also ran out quickly, especially when the Marriot guests came over.

Breakfast amazing, staff very friendly, very clean , and family environment . Near CVS, Applebee's, Khols, and Food Emporium. Bus stop outside the hotel and every room has a microwave and a small fridge.

The prices used to be lower. I used to stay here a lot but is not affordable for my budget anymore.

I stay here for visiting family in Queens. Pros: cleanliness, room size, bathrooms, breakfast Cons: Parking is expensive, and the valet situation was a little chaotic when we arrived. They worked it out but by then we found parking in the neighborhood. Hotel should figure that out as I'm sure the neighborhood doesn't want a bunch of extra cars taking up parking.

Nothing much; the valet parking situation but I'm sure they addressed that by now. If you are looking for someplace with proximity to Manhattan -- not here.

Breakfast was on point, there was so many selections and could go as many times as you want. I liked the fact that there were microwaves in the rooms, most hotels you will find them in each floor.

Not a great view as the hotel is located on the Queens expressway. However there’s a gas station next to it, you can purchase some snacks etc.

It felt secure and safe both physically and health. They accommodated our requests for towels, coffee in the room.. even though they did not service the rooms daily due to being cautious about people entering our room. I liked that.

Since we took Ubers and also our granddaughter dropped us off, due to the narrow driveway and it not being clear that you could pull in and drop someone off, it was getting in and out of the car on a fairly busy street. One time our granddaughter dropped us off and someone had just stopped in front of the door. We thought that they were just dropping someone off but they went into register and there was a line. I was not happy that my granddaughter with a baby in the car had to back out into traffic. The person at the desk should have told the person who left the car and was waiting in line that they had to move the car and not block the ONLY way through..

I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast had a nice selection. I loved the nescafe machine! I like that the hotel was centrally located with gas stations and food around. There is also fresh meadows centre near by that has a Starbucks, kohls and some other restaurants.

The room was really compact. I thought it would've been bigger.

Room was spacious and clean. We also like having free breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

Only thing we don't like is limited valet parking that costs alot $45.00 a night. Also finding Street parking very hard since it is in a residential area off of a major Highway.
