I liked the location cause it was closer to train station and sone shopping center nearby

Whst I didn’t like is that there are hidden fees that are not included when making a booking until I see the bill. This should be disclosed to us so we will know how much we have to pay than having a surprise

Hotel was clean. On-site restaurant and bar was nice. Check-out was super easy. The location was excellent for our needs

I called the hotel while enroute to ask if we would be able to check in early. I was told yes. I asked the person on the phone who should I ask for, she stated anyone would be able to assist me. Arrived at hotel and was told I'd have to wait until normal check-in. Not a big deal; just would have been nice since we were attending a funeral and needed to change clothes after a 5 hour drive.

Housekeeping was good. The room was spacious with comfortable.bed. View from sixth floor was good. Microwave was provided on request. Coffee/ tea supplies were vood

. Luggage handling poor no bell captain. Front desk had a recording response and did not return calls. Wifi in room was poor; cuts off very frequently which destroys conversation while talking.... No ventilation in bathroom (no fan).

Clean room in central area of the city with restaurants in walking distance. Ample parking.

I was on the third floor and heard people talking loudly at night from the first floor outdoor patio. No complimentary breakfast. Also, I just got my credit card statement and the cost was about $8 more than what booking quoted. I called the Radisson and they sent a breakdown of the bill showing their fees. This is the first time a hotel has charged me more than the Booking quote.

I liked the design and layout of the hotel

I didn't like how we checked in in the late evening so naturally we had the late check out while my partner was getting ready to shower staff nocks on the door asking if we are smoking we replied no I have chronic asthma and my partner would never partake in something like that around me for health reasons the staff insisted we were and proceeded to let herself in the room after we already stated he wasn't dressed he was about to shower ..... Came in and there was no smoke.. yeah not cool at all

I especially liked bartender Domanique. She is a spitfire, a true profession bartender. She made our stay fun.

the quality of the rooms were basic. when we arrived there was an odor of marijuana. in the bathroom, you could see that they painted over layer upon layer. last, paying 5 dollars for parking in a self serve lot was ridiculous.

Good amount space in the rooms. Thermostat in the room was easy to use. Entire hotel was always very clean.

"Breakfast included" was one option. One. And if you're vegan, you're out of luck. I couldn't change the breakfast option to just a muffin. It was either bacon and eggs or or nothing. And when I had to extend my stay one night, breakfast was taken away. It took a while to find it and figure out how to redirect myself using one way streets and getting turned around as a result.

We were only staying for the night. The place is nice &it was at a good location between the airport &where we needed to be. Check in/out was a breeze &the staff we interacted with was nice. Room is comfortable &a big space, but the bathroom isn't. But that's not too big of a deal. The bed was comfortable to sleep in, but I could've used more pillows only because I prefer a harder pillow. But for a quick stay, it was great! I'd book again ♡

Didn't like when housekeeper used her key trying to open door without knocking .. unbelievable.. It was 10.40 on checkout day....Couldn't she wait till 11am..or even have the decency to knock.????. Had my inside latch on.. Saved me from an embarrassing situation.

Wonderful customer service provided by the Front Desk Staff. Very informative and pleasant demeanor. NoMa Socials menu was eye catching and must say the food was excellent. The bartender made sure we were comfortable with a great personality. Our waiter was awesome and recommended great choices. All around wonderful experience.

Bathroom/shower was a bit small.
