The Royal Regency Hotel

Staff went above and beyond to male sure that the stay was pleasant. From the front desk and especially the housekeeping director all was done to make the stay exceptional. The breakfast was great. I woke up every morning to get to breakfast on time.

The TV in the first suite we got was too far from the bed and small so therefore could not see the pictures well. Once I went to the next suite with the TV in the room it was better but still not as I would have desired. I still believe the TVs could be a little larger for those larger rooms. It was a sports game weekend so needless to say that was important to us who are Avid fans.

Overall, it was clean and comfortable. It reminded me of that hotel from Up In the Air. The small town one that George Clooney and his date stay when he visits his sister for her wedding

The room set up is kinda weird. Like, instead of having a solid wall for the bathroom, there's this weird transparent purple sliding wall. Makes pooping in the room with your gf kinda awkward, cause farts aren't muffled. Also, the wedding guests from some random wedding were smoking weed in there room and having uninspiring sex

The hotel was nice and the hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was very nice. If we have to go to Yonkers again we will stay at that hotel. The price was reasonable for the stay.

The only problem we had was one night people were in the hallway talking very loud and slamming the doors until 4:00AM. I called the hotel lobby at least four times to complain about this. It finally stopped after four am and we finally got to sleep. That was the only problem we had and it was just one night.

Everything was good. We were very happy with our room. bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Our first night there was a group of people talking very loudly in the hallway till about 4:00 am. called down to the lobby and told them about the loud noise and could they please send someone to quiet them down. It did quiet down but not till about four am. it was just that one night. The rest of the time we were there was very pleasant.

The hotel was much larger than I expected with nice common areas for people to work in. The room was updated and clean. It was not far from NYC and conveniently located near Yonkers Costco and some gas stations. The hotel breakfast was beyond my expectations.

I booked through a booking website, but hotel doubled-charged me. They removed the incorrect charge immediately after I called them, though.

The room was very clean, with a nice view of the neighborhood.

The breakfast offerings were meager and despite the large dining space which allowed for far more than the minimum of social distancing requirements, it was take-out only. And the breakfast staff were the only less-than-friendly ones we encountered.

I loved the location and the staff were great. My only concern was the homeless man who was using the computer and then later on he came in for breakfast. Although he was escorted out how did he get into the hotel.

Security might help with the unwanted visitors(homeless people). Other than that I felt comfortable lodging there.

This was a trip to see family. so being close to family members was a major plus. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

The only complaint I have is the price. we would really want to visit with our family frequently. The Royal Regency is a place we’d like to stay for comfort and cleanliness. But for $181 a night, it seems pretty steep.

The room is very clean and cozy. Everything I could've needed was provided, including shower caps, which I haven't seen anywhere else! I appreciated housekeeping getting my room back in order for each day I stayed. In general the hotel gave the best price at a great rating for three nights.

It was a bit loud because of the main road, I doubt that could've been helped but other than that everything else was fine.

Room and facility was always clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable...I usually have a tough time getting used to hotel beds, but I slept pretty well at the Regency.

Usually enjoyed the breakfast, but one morning the pancakes were very hard.
