Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Area

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The person who checked us in was very nice and easy to talk to. The hotel lobby was super clean and very modern. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I love the fact that we can adjust the air conditioning to our liking. Breakfast was great. The people managing the buffet were on top of everything. Darrell was very diligent with wiping down tables and chairs as soon as people left the area.

The only thing I can say "bad" about this facility is the use of the pool area. There were a few teenage boys in the area and they were messing around with the pool ring that you throw in if someone is drowning. I am sure there are cameras in the pool area. My husband and 12 year old son only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes since the boys were very rowdy.

This was our first stop on a honeymoon experience. We had hoped for a quiet, clean venue. Wow! This motel far exceeded our expectations. The facility, staff, breakfast and all other aspects were simply super. If and when we pass this way again, we will certainly stay here. Thanks, team, for a great experience. WCG

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and helpful. The staff handling breakfast were constantly moving to keep everything stocked. Special kudos to Rhonda in the breakfast area, she seemed to be running things. I was surprsed to learn the hotel is 5 years old, it seemed much newer than that!

Clean, comfortable, and fantastic room arrangements. Lovely daily breakfast. Katie’s smile and cheerful morning demeanor were an added bonus! She was fantastic at keeping the breakfast area running smoothly.

A few of the juices were out (it varied by day). It appeared that if one specific breakfast worker wasn’t there, it wasn’t as well-maintained, though still an 8/10.

Staff was lovely and gave us really good dinner recommendations. Comfy and super-quiet room, but odd configuration of bed (sideways) to the TV. Breakfast had a number of choices. Coffee was great and very accessible in two places. Ingenious rolling hassock which could be positioned in several places in the room and used for sitting, luggage, as a short table, etc.

The egg taco is now better with the peppers in it, but it needs cheese. No orange juice when we were there. One side of the toaster didn't work, but the other side did.

The hotel was like new: clean, modern, welcoming, furnished nicely, and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and really kept up on cleaning and rest so king any breakfast items. The breakfast had a lot of nice and fresh selections to choose from. I enjoyed the waffles topped with banana and syrup. They have a wine and appetizer bar around the 5 o’clock hour however we were not there during that time. Our room was very pleasant, quiet, comfortable, well stocked and clean. We were in the area to visit the Biltmore Estate. The hotel location was close to exiting the highway and conveniently located if you want to visit the Biltmore area. We would definitely stay here again. It was a fantastic and unexpected find when we chose the visit to that area at the last minute. Thank you to the Hampton for your excellent hospitality.

Brand new in great location near some good restaurants

the guy running the breakfast show was a little nutty. Breakfast was kind of chaotic and disorganized and We were just trying to grab a Banana and muffin To Go! He was clearly annoyed by the few people still killing about and ready to be done and clean up.

Very clean! Not far from the Biltmore and downtown Asheville.

We stayed for 3 nights and asked for an overnight room cleaning and new towels and no one ever came. The guest services personnel we spoke to was unapologetic and offered nothing to resolve the issue.

As always...clean and comfortable. Smooth check-in . The female that checked us in had good recommendations for restaurants. I think her name was Sandy? I hope you can see her name on my check-in

The breakfast was not what we have come to expect from Hampton Inn. Out of many things and the breakfast employees were slow moving, couldn't seem to get it together. Very disorganized. Layout is not conducive to a flow. Breakfast may not seem like a big deal but that's part of why we choose Hampton Inn!

Great breakfast and the hotel was near the freeway. Very convenient to get to the Biltmore Estate and Asheville.

I would have liked lunch and dinner options in house. Because of Winter Storm Izzy, restaurants and grocery store closed early. The roads were icy so we walked to the nearby Hilton to have dinner, but they were short staffed and could not accommodate us for dinner. Fortunately we had some snacks in our room.
