Eveything - King size room was very roomy and included comfortable pull out sofa, large screen TV and full sized kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast included was amazing! Ready-made egg sandwiches were hot and delicious. Coffee/tea available at any time. LARGE eating area; plenty of tables available including a covered outside area with gas firepit which was also available for relaxing in the evening. Outdoor swimming pool was of a decent size, large bath towels provided. A sitting area with tables/chairs nearby with a gas grill available. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

clean and attentive. next door room was noisy with loud music at midnight and the front desk staff came up immediately after calling and the noise was gone. I really appreciate the effort to control these issues by unruly guests. was also very close to restaurants and shops yet huddled away from main roads or walkways.

sound from other guests either through walls or floors (stomping). this isn’t too bad and not the staff’s fault but the hotel structure needs a little more sound proofing and signs indicating respect to other guests.

Excellent location for getting to Biltmore. Good options to dine (both sit down & fast food) close by. Very clean rooms; comfortable beds. Great pressure & temp on the showers. Loved the workout room & equipment. Great deck with fire pits & warmers to enjoy.

I’d say the only thing not up to par was our breakfast experience. Very limited options and not even all of those were plentiful every day. Tons of carbs but little to no protein options. Saw fresh fruit one morning out of three. They appeared to be lacking in staff and were having a hard time keeping things stocked (hot coffee, milk for cereal, oatmeal).

Location was convenient. Appreciated their pet friendly policy - wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. One gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant - wish I had gotten his name. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Didn’t have occasion to use it, but the outdoor grill looked convenient.

The room wasn’t well stocked - no can opener, no dish soap, etc. TV didn’t work consistently for 1st 2 days. Lobby on 2nd floor was awkward, though I imagine they needed the parking garage.

Loved the premade egg sandwiches. Decent selection of breakfast items. Rooms were spacious.

While checking out the person at the desk was not well trained. We were splitting our bill as 4 of us shared a room. Two of the group were charged twice for their 1/4 of the bill because he made them run their cards twice saying it didn't go through the first time. They are still fighting to get their money back.

the room was very spacious, not necessarily the best layout as there seemed to be a lot of open unused space inside the hallway/living room area. room was clean as were all of the kitchen items. Having two large screen TVs in a suite were greatly appreciated at the end of the day.

twice the shower had little or no hot water available. Location as it relates to Asheville was good, but our room had a view of a warehouse along what was several times a noisy roadway. Considering the size of the suite, there could be more seating in the living room area in front of the TV other than a love seat.

The hotel was clean, great rooms with blackout shades & amazing mattress’s. The rooms had a kitchenette, sofa sleeper an lot’s of room. The small business center was nice too have and my mama loved the coffee in the lobby.

The front staff and breakfast was a not up to par. You do not get hardly anything that they said you should. On day 2 it was a little better. The staff had the personalities of wet toilet paper towels. Also they were clueless about the surroundings. The hotel is new so I understand things are tough right now and you can’t find good help so keep looking. The lady at the front checkin caused this hotel to be an 8.

Selected because it was pet friendly and no diminution of quality. Biltmore Village location has shopping and necessities available within a ten minute walk or drive, and is about a 10-15 drive to downtown and inexpensive parking. Ample sized suites with a curtained-off “living room” area, more than ample storage area and surprisingly well equipped kitchen Business travelers will appreciate the ample desk space, lighting, sockets and UBS ports Bathrooms are spacious with large showers and ample room for toiletries Housekeeping was optional per COVID protocol but the room was clean enough on arrival to withstand a three day stay without housekeeping. Self serve breakfast in clean lobby with large windows and furniture thoughtfully equipped with outlets for those either working or browsing Limited covered parking also offers a weather-safe unloading area easily accessible to two large elevators Should your itinerary include a non pet friendly destination, the room entryway, kitchen and bathroom provide a non carpeted area for your pet

Surprised by the previously non disclosed $75 per fee (per stay, not per night) on check in - should be included or at least prominently noted in booking

The breakfast was hot, make your own waffles, 4 choices of drinks besides the hot ones. They also had the sausage cheese croissant. We did not try these. Any questions we had at the self-serve breakfast was answered quickly. Area was very clean with plenty of places to sit and eat, even some by the big window.

I would have liked one more choice with a protein. I think maybe each week is different. We were there during buckwheat waffle week.

Hard to find the rooms where our family of 5 can sleep comfortably and eat for free in the morning. Well done!

There were no sheets for the pullout bed - feels like if you asked the ages of my 3 kids and know we’d need to use the bed that sheets should be in there
