Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park

The only complaint I had was they did not give us the correct rooms upon checking in called down to the front desk and spoke with a man who advised we had a pull out couch and king bed and I booked a double queen room. I went down stairs and the lady corrected the issue. But who ever the older man is needs to learn good customer sevice. We book rooms that way for a reason and with what you pay for a room they need to make sure it is right instead of you have a pull out sofa

The hotel was very clean organized and beautiful to stay in no other issues besides initial check in. I would stay again.

Everything about the hotel was great! Friendly & helpful staff, clean room, great food in the restaurant. Super kid friendly. The area is great with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance & a short drive to downtown.

When I booked I was quoted a lower price than what I was charged. That was disappointing as we were hoping to be on a budget. There was no microwave in the room and no local area or hotel accommodation information in the room. This would be helpful since there is so much to do within the immediate area.

It was not inclusive though I am a Hilton Honors member. This was not stated and should have been.

The rude clerk at the desk when I arrived for check-in. His lack of telling me what was available to me in the hotel (restaurants, pool amenities, etc.). I had to go to my room and come back down and ask someone else. This is something usually done at all of my check-ins. Very poor customer service.

The breakfast was delicious! Portion sizes were more than expected! Service was great as well! The hotel was clean, pool and jacuzzi were clean. We interacted with Dana several times during our stay and she is genuinely so kind. We appreciate her hospitality. Every one we interacted with was extremely kind to us as well.

Check-in was outstanding, reservation could not be found ( used booking. com) I had res # clerk found the manager, and he made res with my number. Used valet service several times each day, all men were delightful and very pleasant. We will definitely recommend it and will return again.

- Service at the front desk was phenomenal. Those ladies are handling the front desk like they own that hotel - Parking deck was extremely close to hotel - Lots of shops/restaurants around hotel and things to do within reasonable distance - 1st level in parking deck was for hotel guests which was very nice - Interior decor of the hotel was very classy - If we had neighbors beside our room, we never heard them. It was very quiet during the day and night - They are pet friendly. Beautiful dogs walking with their humans everywhere. Loved it! - They have a pool, spa (ladies you can get manis/pedis in there too), restaurant, winery, and bar (none of which we took advantage of because we had so much planned outside of the hotel but just so y’all know) - This is random but the carpet was so plush and felt expensive lol. Normally hotels have cheap and easy-to-clean carpets but it was the first thing we noticed when we walked in.

- There was this squeegee in the shower door that made this loud noise that sounded like a dinosaur. Don’t move the shower door late at night lol. It might scare you. The purpose of it seemed like a safety feature for COVID so we didn’t make a complaint. Outside of that, everything was perfect.

Restaurant was great.

We could not get housekeeping for three days even thought we requested it daily. We took out our trash and used stale towels. If this is not available, room rate needs to be adjusted accordingly. .

The first night not enough shampoos, conditioner, soap; only 1 for bath and hands.. no lotion. Not enough regular coffee , creamer or regular sugar! We bad a lot for two people and no water bottle left on our second day and I am a honors member! But the facility was beautiful and front staff was kind. I called the front desk and we did leave a note and a tip amd they left plenty for 2 for our 2nd night( no bottle water Amd I didn’t ask!!)

location was amazing!! Even though it’s 10 miles south of Asheville, Biltmore Park Square is like a beautiful village town surrounded by high quality shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around each morning after a yummy breakfast 🥞 and choosing where to eat each evening. We’ll definitely be back!

There was no microwave. Most hotel chains now offer this basic amenity. not the fault of the property but the road construction made travel more than 25+ minutes to get to the attractions in the area.
