Didn’t realize it was right off of a busy road but it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable enough to bring our dog so it wasn’t too cramps for him to be with us. Liked it too that we were at the end, right by the exit door so easy access to the outside for him to potty. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine and the waitress as well as all the staff that assisted us were too notch. We will definitely recommend the hotel.
Breakfast a bit too pricey for the selection. Think continental or the a la carte should be under 10 with tax and tip.

Requested a handicap bathroom and ended up with a bathtub I could barely get into. Handicapped accessible parking was limited to four spaces, and they were not accommodating of a van. Unfortunate incident of no heat or power on the outside grid of the hotel was not good in 0° weather. The staff did their best to accommodate during this time.

Friendly, polite and extremely helpful staff at the front desk who answered all our questions about nearby attractions and this being our first time in a new city. Clean and comfortable room and very comfortable bed for two weary travelers!
The parking lot in front of the hotel could have used more lighting. Some areas were well lit, but the outer edges were rather dark. We parked closest to a side entrance that was closest to our room and there was barely any light over this side entrance. While in the parking lot, a car stopped behind us as we were unpacking and we were asked for money (out of gas, no cash on me, need funds to get home--that sort of thing). I feel that if there was better lighting, we might not have been approached.

We had an appointment for the Biltmore and didn't have time to stay for breakfast. We were sad there wasn't a microwave in the room, as we'd brought delicious leftovers from a local Indian restaurant and planned to reheat that for breakfast.

Loved the lobby, and breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were close to Biltmore which was our reason for traveling. We loved that Fridays was attached. And the front desk staff was great, especially Carla Morris. Cookies were awesome!

Location was great and staff very friendly. As usual the cookies are a nice touch. The lobby was beautiful.
We thought that this room should have a small refrigerator. Many much less expensive hotels do and it’s much appreciated. Our room safe was locked and therefore unusable, the carpeting was very threadbare. Pillows were lumpy. The sofa in our room, though not used to sleep on, was squeaky and super uncomfortable to sit on. This property can charge such a high price because of its proximity to the Biltmore and the Village. But it could use a room makeover to justify the rate.

Very friendly and helpful staff, (especially these days where you don't see that too often) very clean, great breakfast, the chef had the best grits ever. Pretty grounds, pool area kept well Water bottles in our room. Ofcourse the famous cookies. Great snack area. Great location.
