Courtyard Charlotte Steele Creek

All members of hotel staff I encountered (front desk, bistro and housekeeping in the hallway) were very cordial and in a good mood. What a nice thing to experience!

I stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping services at all. Since I traveled solo, that was fine - I didn't run out of towels, but the trash cans in the rooms are small. If a refresh of used towels and trash removed could happen, that would definitely help. Also, would have added security due to recent shooting that occurred on CATS bus literally right across from hotel about a day before my stay. It made national news as the bus driver shot one of his passengers! Yikes!

I absolutely LOVED everything! The location was great, the room itself was wonderful, it was a very clean hotel and I can't wait to come back! The outside seating area is gorgeous and I love the fact that there's a bar, bistro, and coffee options in the lobby as well. This will definitely be the only place for us to stay when we go back to Charlotte!!

I didn't too much like the design of the shower. It looks great, but, it doesn't close all of the way and the entire back portion of it is completely open and this caused water to still spray on the floor and the towel that I placed there to step out on after my shower.

The entire place was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean. I will return here. I really Love my name being on the TV once I arrived. I FELT SO SPECIAL.

In the bathroom the shower door was semi open and water was all over the floor. The design looks Great but wasn't really working.

One of the cleanest Courtyard’s I have stayed at. quick check in, great staff, and excellent rooms. all around great hotel.

It didn’t have breakfast included and for the price it should have. it has a bistro but the food selection are not great, though they did have a Starbucks coffee station but with few selections. they need a kitchen to serve food.

Obviously because of Covid they are not offering a complementary breakfast… But the motel was excellent in a very central location to the things that I needed to do in Charlotte.

The only thing I didn’t like, I had a room adjacent to the street in the back of the motel ….everything was perfect except I had very low water pressure in the shower.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The women at the front desk as well as the evening staff who ran the kitchen. He was sooooooooooooo incredibly kind and he even made me a chocolate chip cookie and milk!! Amazing and kind. I was struck at how nice everyone treated me. Incredible.

The location was perfect. In front of the outlet mall and close to the airport. The room was clean and spacious for 2 of us. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The shower had enough hot water and pressure which I loved. I didn't hear any neighbor's noise. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful which we appreciated them.

Only thing was the pillows. It was too soft and made it flat when you sleep, but this is more like my personal preference.

The room was so comfortable and beautiful. My daughter and I were stranded in Charlotte overnight due to American Airlines screwing flights up. The woman at the desk somehow found us a room after an error with the booking website. We appreciate her!

From the moment we stepped in the lobby to check in, the hotel staff were all super friendly and welcoming! Our room was so clean, comfortable, and perfect! This hotel exceeded our expectations!

The shower is super nice and modern, but I am a cold-natured person, so not having a door to close made me a little chilly. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Location was close to my daughters apartment. Staff was amazing through the stay. Very clean. Felt safe. No worry abut Covid throughout the stay, they have taken so many health precautions for safety that covid can't live there lol. Room was very clean/neat/spacious. Everything was perfect for Thanksgiving. Thank you for everything !

That covid exists but that has nothing to do with my stay (: Everything was great.
