Super clean, dedicated to the continued health and safety of guests and staff from covid-19, breakfast was great, the soaps and shampoo/conditioner smelled super good and were great quality (I actually wanted to ask the front desk if I could buy some, but forgot on the way out), could actually walk to some restaurants and other places, and the list goes on.

Pillows had no firmness whatsoever, my neck got zero support during the night and ended up sore. Very minor complaint tbh. Also the minifridge in the room wasn't working, but I'm not sure if it was actually broken or just wasn't plugged in. Also very minor tbh.

The room was very nice and beds are so comfortable. I like the location because it is right around the corner from several great food locations; plus the movie theatre.

1. We had a terrible time trying to get the remote to work with the TV. 2. We were not informed upon arrival that if we wished to have our room cleaned while out for the day we had to request it upfront . That the room cleaning services were no longer done automatically each day. ( We understand the issues with COVID, but clean rooms are a part of being sanitary. I like living in a fresh clean room daily).

Very modern design concept, stayed one night only, but it was enough to notice the excellent location in a modern and quiet business/residential area. Excellent hotel staff, excellent and polite breakfast ladies will make your stay unforgettable. Perfect gym, equipped with new Peloton devices for sport lovers. Lots of games in a spacious lobby, plenty of drinking fountains, ice, coffee. Ample free parking outside, lots of essential shops around.

I like the Tru Hotels, they're always friendly and helpful, have a good breakfast and are very clean. Also they always provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion and they all smell sooo good! The water pressure in the shower is amazing, the hair dryer is powerful, the TV is big, the bed is comfy, they have different kinds of pillows which is awesome... free parking, free gym, no smoking, always complementary coffee, tea and water, a little market with everything you could need and grave for... I could go on and on. :)

Nothing really the hotel is responsible for. Like the guest in the next room was very loud, I knocked on the walls many times, but it's not the hotel's fault. Also they were out of their famous body wash but they provided other small body wash bottles which was nice :)

The property was clean on the inside, somewhat on the outside. The room was nice,clean and extremely comfortable! Me and my wife LOVED the 55” flat screen they had in the room with ON DEMAND as well. The bathroom and shower was soo lovely also the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner & body wash that were very assessable.

Breakfast could have been better with more of a variety of foods, but I understand because of COVID to limit the amount germs and food items that require more touching to make. ALSO beware if you are coming in from out of town the traffic is HIGH due to the area and other hotels and things around Tru.

Booking accidently canceled my reservation. There was a mix up. It was handled with grace. They were so kind to reinstate my room and didn't charge me more. The area looked so fun. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ready before they said it would be! Everything was great. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. Also the deposit was so cheap!

Everything was great. Best stay we've had in a hotel in a very long time.

The hotel was in a great area and very clean. Breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfasts.

The only negative was there is no coffee maker in the room. There was coffee at the breakfast area, but it was way too strong, and there was a long line of people waiting for it. A coffee maker in the room would have made this stay perfect!

The room and hotel were in good shape, it was relatively clean. The staff was friendly and I love we were able to bring our 2 big dogs and no one was bothered!

When 4 people are staying in a room, you need more than 2 towels. There was a constant noise in our room that kept us up and the room is really narrow.

The noisy person in the room above us. They dropped numerous items on the floor. They walked back and forth with hard boots. This went on consecutively over 2.5 hrs until I called the front desk and complained.

The room was clean and comfortable. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the lobby area. They played pool while the parents sat in the lobby, drinking coffee and tea.

The location is in a busy area and the parking was full. There was no microwave in the room, which I should have checked before booking.
