The hotel was very affordable. We thought we got good value for the hotel room. The facility was clean and we had a great view from the 7th floor.

We asked for our room to be serviced. We were assured it would be taken care of by the time we returned. After being gone for several hours, the room was not serviced. When we asked when would it be serviced, the front attendant responded, "So you want it done right now?" To which we replied, we were told it would be complete before we returned from a day in the town....

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very modern and clean. Was very easy checking in and out.

Wasn't quite sure where the entrance was to the front desk. We parked in the garage. I think maybe a sign on the building facing the garage stating where to go for checking in would be helpful. Our toilet was not flushing well when we got in the room, we didn't know if we were using the push button on the tank correctly, but by morning it wasn't flushing at all. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out.

Breakfast was okay. There was a fair number of options to choose from. The fresh croissants were delicious. The property is beautifuly designed with modern touches and lovely art work.

The breakfast was a little over priced for the quality. The meats and Cheeses were left out uncovered. The cheses became bit hard and oily while the meats were hard and dry. I would have preferred breakfast meat option either in place of or in addition to the sliced meats. We also had ants our bathroom. Both living and dead. While we did receive an apology for the ants, that was all that was said about it.

Location was very convenient. Staff was nice and room was comfortable.

Layed down on the floor of the room to stretch out after a run and got up with small bite marks on my skin. Could be dust mites.

A very nice Hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were decorated very smart. The mattresses and sheets very comfortable. The elevators were very fast to arrive and smooth in operation.

The coffee that was served at the bar should be complimentary. The Breakfast staff were great but The price a price is a bit steep for the selection.

The customer service was great, the room itself was nice but not the bed

The bed was extremely uncomfortable I tossed and turned all night for 2 nights to be exact.

The location is amazing it’s in the middle of a lot of food and stores!!! I parked my car for the weekend in the parking deck and enjoyed what the hotel had to offer from the bar downstairs and live music it was all amazing!!!!!

Nothing was disappointing

The front desk personnel and kitchen staff were not warm and friendly. The front desk staff made check-in harder than it had to be. The waitress also ignored our presence, another staff member had to the waitress's attention to service us. The shower also had a show print in it.

The lighting in the hallways, the nice wide width of the hallways, the wonderful shower and the set up of the room.

I had to purchase a toothbrush because the front desk had run out of the complimentary ones and the gentleman that rang me up seemed to have an issue that I was frustrated by that.

I enjoyed the location & services offered. Next time I will have to try the spa, I had no idea there was on there. My Wife was very pleased as well, I think we will make this our new getaway spot.

I have no complaints at all.
