The staff was very nice. The location is in the cut but still close to a lot of places. Only 10 minutes or so from either mall & downtown area. You also can’t get into the hotel main door unless you have a key to get through which I liked considering the area.
We had to change rooms because there were a couple roaches in the first room & the front desk person just moved us directly next door. I thought that was silly but whatever. The sheets on one of our beds had obviously had a couple obvious stains on top so we didn’t use that side.

Everything! Super friendly staff, clean & modern rooms with a very nice adjustable TV, bright decor, comfy beds. I've paid twice as much for rooms that aren't as nice as this place. Will definitely be staying here for any future visits to Charlotte.

We were moving my son and his 2 cats and we were able to stay with the cats We also unexpectedly extended our stay and extra night on a holiday weekend and they were able to accommodate us
The floors were dirty but that may be because we traveled with pets so we were placed in a room set aside for pets

This was a smaller hotel but very inviting and cozy. We only spent one night there but was very pleased with cleanliness quality. The guy at the reception answered all questions and was very polite.

Easy access to the interstate to continue with our travels. Spacious parking lot big enough to park our 22 foot moving truck. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.
Everything was perfectly fine. There are no complaints about the staff or the facility. The only downside was no food but that was due to covid not the hotel.

Loved how close it was to Hornets Nest disc golf course. And the staff was very nice.
They were doing renovations to the room above us, but I understand they are making it better. They also stopped before 5pm so it wasn't an issue at all.
