best hotel I have been to in a while. pool was amazing, location was everything, exceptionally clean, staff were amazing! I live in Charlotte but I’m between selling and buying new home I had a gap of few days. wanted to stay close to the area I live in yet close to everything as well. This was the best home away from home and the pool was relaxing during the hot summer days that I was there. pet friendly and staff were very professional and friendly with myself and kind to my dogs.

The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices for all dietary needs. The staff was very friendly even ones that were leaving to go home and "off the clock" still spoke and wished us well. Very clean!

We reserved the room under one persons credit card and then wanted to pay with a different persons card. They ran the card but it still charged the one we reserved it under. So maybe making sure which card would be charged.

But other than the thermostat the room was perfect, large, comfortable and convenient for my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The room was clean, linen was fresh, and the suite made us feel like we were home. Another thing to add is the location of this hotel is perfect. Secluded from the hustle and bustle yet accessible to all your stores of convenience!

Only thing I couldn't figure out was the functionality of the thermostat.

I’m not easily impressed by hotels in this class, but was here - my room was very nice, modern decor, well thought out and designed, clean and comfortable. felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel room.

I didn’t realize they allowed pets and there were some dogs that would bark when anyone came to the elevator when I was first going to my room. that situation may have been resolved because I didn’t hear them later that night. Still I was surprised that there were pets.

I just stayed one night and was only there to sleep. I picked this hotel because there were a lot of reviews saying it was quiet there. It was indeed quiet, and clean, and pretty comfortable. I often have trouble sleeping in hotels, but I was able to sleep pretty good there and it was super quiet the whole time. If you're looking for a clean and quiet hotel, this is the right one.

The staff was awesome. They had answers for everything I asked. With one accretion talk with a guy at the front desk so we could have late check out and they said he forgot to write it in their notes for the next person.

Great Location, Everyone was very caring and nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The refrigerator didn’t get hot drinks cold, it already has to be cold to keep it cold. I has medicine that needed to stay cold, but, I had to keep it in the cooler. Didn’t have extra luggage racks for the room.

Excellent service, super friendly staff. Front desk attendant was professional and very helpful. Shared information, apologized for my short wait while checking in. Pointed out that the building was being pressured washed and to be careful going back outside. Very nice accommodations, modern décor. Clean.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff, the hotel is right off the highway but I didn’t see many stores and or restaurants nearby but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, I came down a little after 9am and unfortunately missed the hot biscuits with gravy but I did enjoy the eggs and bacon and of course hot coffee.

Staff was great. Room was comfortable. Check in was pushed back due to limited employees for room service so I couldn’t check in until 4pm, breakfast wasn’t the best and wasn’t added in the bill but other than that things were great.

Breakfast wasn’t good at all. There’s no room service even though it says there is. You’ll definitely have to re clean those jacuzzi’s every time before using because they miss cleaning the jets.
