Sheraton Charlotte Airport

Spacious and clean.

Property was nice…but my issue was with an additional charge they made after I checked out without telling me. I had to call them (several times) after my travels because they wouldn’t answer via this app message option or email. They charged me the taxes although everything was paid via Booking.com app. If I wasn’t knowledgeable on what I was doing and the way I paid….the accounting department had the entire story lined up about how upon check-in they charged part of the amount and the taxes upon check-out and none of this was true because I paid the entire stay before getting to the hotel via the booking.con app. Check your bank/credit card statements people…in case this happens to you!

Pet friendly room was conveniently located near an exit to our parking area and an area to walk the dog.

The property was a secure facility, which is great, but the outside door to the parking lot didn’t open easily with the key card. You had to try multiple times to get it to unlock the door. It was very frustrating since it was very cold and windy. They should have maintenance look at that door to key card lock. It took at least twenty passes of the key card one of the times in, but the first time entering only took two swipes.

Staff all around top notch… the best! Breakfast buffet was excellent. Wifi was great and the room was super comfy. The bed was great and lovely chairs to sit in..great tv just to unwind a bit after a long trip.

It’s just starting to show a small bit of wear and tear. Nothing major but when we stepped into the elevator and the carpet was worn out and the doors were pretty beat up from luggage and use I was skeptical about the rooms but just a tiny bit of wear and tear showing in the bathroom. The toilet had a stain ..it was clean and obviously a stain..just appearance was not nice. Nothing unusual for such a busy hotel.

location because we missed a connection and had to spend the night. the shuttle also was very convenient t. the shower was terrific!

In no particular order: the room was way too warm and didn’t cool down until morning, making it hard to sleep. my double Manhattan was weak and had an orange slice rather than a cherry. not a big deal but irritating because it’s not an unusual drink. we had our drinks and food sent to the room to avoid contact so we had no opportunity to correct it. Also, despite asking the nice young woman who brought up the meals if they had included utensils, to which she said yes), there were no utensils or napkins.

Clean comfortable room, great decor in lobby

pool was closed for a month for ‘maintenance.’ Or was unclean whether there was an actual problem, or this was regular for winter months. This info was not available on the website, or phone message, and we only learned it was closed for all of February after we made out non-refundable booking.

The staff was very polite, on top of there job. Loved the morning breakfast. The lady was so sweet making sure we were comfortable. The facility overall is well maintained. Full bar breakfast, bar is open, and a great value compared to nearby hotels.

Overall it was decent. Just sucks I had to Book online to receive a better deal. You'd think a person would provide ethical behavior to provide customers the best service and deals. Thus the idea of just having robots check you in makes sense.

That I got charged twice and even brought it to the lady at the front desk attention. Still waiting on my refund hopefully will be in my account by Friday. Other than this loved everything else.

shuttle to airport. Called 888 number that appeared to be the Sheraton Airport in Charlotte, NC and got an agent with a thick Indian accent who was very hard to understand. The confirmation number he gave me didn't seem to show up in the computer when I checked in.

The staff was incredibly good. They deserve so much credit! We also really liked the restaurant. Breakfast was very good, and we loved that we could get some food when we arrived late. It is open until midnight. We enjoyed the pool also.
