Quality Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport

The complementary breakfast was good, the free airport shuttle was easy to book, and the staff was super friendly. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I was going to work from the lobby till it was time for my flight, and the person at the front desk offered to let me stay in the room till an hour before my flight without me even asking if a late checkout was possible.

Overall, the room was clean, but when I arrived, there was a pair of the previous guest’s underwear left on the desk chair. Relatedly, both the lobby and the room itself had a bit of an odor that suggested a need for more ventilation and a deeper cleaning. As for the location, the hotel was very close to the airport and right across the street from a Cracker Barrel, but my general sense was that the surrounding area wasn’t the best.

Room and bath area were neat and clean, towels fresh and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Basic room amenities like soap, shampoo, cups, ice bucket were available. Refrigerator, microwave clean and operational. Ice room and laundry accessible. AC in order. Housekeepers held my left-behind belongings. Property/landscape well-kept and decorated. Staff was courteous, security was onsite and friendly. Adequate parking. Great location near IS 85 and restaurants. Didn't utilize breakfast or business facilities.

Everything went well for a late night arrival. Well staffed. Good lighting for safety.

Unfortunately, I didn't have breakfast. I had to catch an early flight. Great stay and would stay again if in town. Loved the flowers on the outside of property. Area seemed quiet and Cracker Barrel was next door in walking distance.

The kiosk check in is new to me, so its kinda took away the personal touch. I get it, technology changes all the time. It was quick and easy. Not a deal breaker.

Was easy to find off the highway, location was convenient to the airport. Parking fee per day very reasonable compared to Park and Go or Airport. Shuttle service was prompt and easy. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Great for overnight stay.

Although the front desk clerk was courteous and helpful it was difficult to understand him as he spoke softly and with his accent, the plastic covering in front of the desk made it more difficult to hear him. The pool was green and unkept. Families with kids would be disappointed.

Suen was very courteous upon check in. He had a little bit of a problem finding my reservation because it had been rescheduled from a March booking but he took care of it and was very nice. The room was clean with very comfy beds and pillows. It was great having a fridge for drinks & snacks. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast but it looked good and was well stocked for other guests. It was nice to come back from our event to a relaxing room. We will definitely book again.

Location is perfect, close enough to the airport but far from its noise. There's also a Cracker Barrel beside the parking lot, so there's no need to drive out to find a decent place to eat.

Our room on the ground floor would have been ideally located except the bright light from the parking lot shone directly to my eyes it bothered my sleep. Somehow the window has no black out drapes, just sheer curtains.

The location was perfect being close by the airport and next to a good restaurant and a gas station. The airport shuttle was a plus.

Our particular room had an AC vent that was particularly noisy to the point I couldn't hear the television half of the time. We elected to turn off the system when we slept in order to get some sleep even if the room got warmer than we would like. The television had weak volume and when I turned up the volume the sound became distorted. We have stayed here before in another room and not had this problem so it may just be the King suite we were in that is the problem. No breakfast at all. Some places will offer a select number of items for guests to take back to their room. This place did not.

Room was exceptionally clean, all furniture and bath were in excellent, almost new, condition. However, know the location is on the take-off path for the airport. That intermittent noise stopped around 10 pm-ish. I’m a light sleeper and I had no problem sleeping at night.

I was only there for 10 hours, so I was satisfied.

All the staff were awesome! Hotel had security guard walking or driving the parking lot making sure you were suppose to be there which was a great bonus!! Hotel was super clean!

Noise from the highway but this is not the hotel’s fault. Once you closed your door you couldn’t hear it.

The location was perfect. Tje hotel had everything we could've needed. The room was clean and everything was quiet. The front office evening shift staff were good and friendly. The morning cleaning staff, not so much. But all in all we enjoyed ourselves and would come to stay again.
