SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport

my room was clean and when I reported something wrong -a staff member was up within 5 mins to address the issue

shuttle was not available. we arrived at 10:35 and called for shuttle no answer to hotel phone for the next 20 minutes. also, the next morning we tried to get the shuttle back to airport-it was out for an oil change. about 10 mins later, they called saying the manager was able to take us! thank goodness as we had a rental car waiting for us!

The room was clean and the area quiet. The staff was friendly. Greeted me every time I walked through the doors. Although I don't really eat breakfast it was included and I did go see what they had and there were many selections to choose from. I will stay again.

I really don't have anything that didn't like. I mean, if I must say I checked out early because we were expecting storms with a wintery mixture so I needed to cut my trip by a day. When I was leaving I noticed how steep their front entrance was and it was already getting slick on the roads which would have made it difficult to get out of their parking lot.

It wAs a nice hotel very quiet and breakfast was good

I love the convenience of this location. Its close to my work and several options to eat at as well. Staff is always friendly. I've stayed 4 to 5 times now and each time has been exceptional.

I really don't have much to say that I didn't like. I think if I were to point something out it would the doors on the rooms. They have the automatic closures and the pull the doors closed so hard that they slam so you can hear everyone when they enter and exit their rooms.

Ultra clean and the staff was ultra friendly from guest services to the housekeeping staff.

Nothing. I just wish that when we told you our flight was coming in late you would have made arrangements to pick us up. It was 3 am before we got there due to having to find a way to get there.

The room was sat up very nice. It was clean smelled good. The breakfast wasn't bad and the bathroom was very nice

The pool wasn't open. And they had a basket sitting on the desk to just put your room keys in when you left. It was right out where anybody coming in could just take them and go to any room. Because no one was paying attention to the desk.

Miss Brown. She keeps the kitchen. She answered more of our questions than anyone at the hotel or where we went to eat. You need to give her a raise. Bad side 2 ice machines down and told didn`t have any more then found one working on different floor.

Facility was as advertised as to location and room. Covid restrictions were as expected but unwanted

1) Billing error was difficult to correct and SADLY Booking.com didn't HELP 2) Transport to Airport was not accomplished due to driver not coming likely because of snowy roads. 3) Check in / out staff need training on Marriot gift cards and computer systems - Mgr promised they would do that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were much larger than expected. Beds were incredibly soft. Loved the gazebo/lit smoking area. Breakfast was awesome; so many choices!

Maybe a waffle maker, could have stocked the room with more towels and toiletries at the time of guest’s arrival. Pool was closed even though it seemed clean and in season.

The staff was spectacular. The lady at the front desk even printed out a list of local restaurants. She said she asked locals specifically what the best spots were. That was pretty great. The room was VERY large & clean & the hotel Was very quiet. Another gentleman with a broom rode the elevator down with us & even he was super friendly.

They didn’t have a hot breakfast…which I don’t eat breakfast anyway, but if ur looking for fresh omelettes or pancakes, maybe plan a breakfast spot
