SpringHill Suites by Marriott Greensboro Airport

The rooms were updated and clean. Nice facility. Breakfast was shutting down and the attendant still served me. I was able to buy a nice small bottle of wine at the front desk.

Sheets were pilling and were not smooth. The walls were thin and I could everything my neighbors were saying (both inside and out).

The location was great because the hotel was located near many restaurants, gas stations, and parks. The staff was very friendly at check-in, and the parking lot was safe.

I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator didn't keep our food cold. Our leftovers were not fresh the next day.

Check in was extremely easy and quick. The rooms are VERY spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! I love having a lovely desk area that's functional and visually seperated from the rest of the room. The only slightly negative comment was due to noisy kids in the hallway very early in the morning and not in control of the hotel. The provided breakfast was just okay as it's been simplified during Covid conditions; but it's great to have this option provided safely. I will definitely stay here again!

There could be a few more towels in the bathroom. There were only two sets when the room could accommodate many more people.

facility is new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall exceeded my expectation of what a 3 star suite would be.

Wifi is slow. Netflix is very slow and actually so slow that the subtitle doesn't show up timely. Breakfast could be better too.

The extra fees that don’t tell you about until the day of arrival , because what if you didn’t have the extra money due to neglecting to inform customers.

Property was in great condition, like the rest of Greensboro, the area had bums at the entrance. Not sure why it was so sketch all over the town.

The entrance off the main road had bums on the corner, but it seemed like a very bad problem throughout the town. Would not want to go back there.

I loved the location and the facility was great. The breakfast was very delicious and you had a wide variety of things to eat.

Nothing everything was okay and would stay again.

The employees at the front desk were awesome! They were super friendly and helped with any questions or needs that I had! I would return here anytime!

There could have been more food but I understand that with Covid things are different. Also there could've been more shuttle service but once again due to Covid I understand that it is different during this challenging time.

the breakfast was great, hot and fresh. The rooms was roomy and staff was friendly. The indoor pool was nice and loved the fact that we had to reserve the pool so that we are the only ones in there and no one else comes to bother you.

Didnt get up for breakfast but the location of the hotel is on the better side of 68. Love the shower and sliding door on the bathroom.

For the most part it was quiet until you hear the house keeping going down the halls and vacuuming early in the morning. Some doors had hand prints and things on the glass but that's expected as it's a door.
