Sleep Inn Airport Greensboro

Appreciated the price, the clean, nice pool and the room was very clean. The entire facility seemed to be very clean and the free breakfast was nice. The housekeepers, cook and maintenance worker were all super nice and we enjoyed exchanging hellos and smiles.

I wish that there had been bacon or sausage (a variety) rather than the same meat every day (Canadian bacon). The staff was generally friendly, but a male desk attendant was pretty rude to one of us a couple of times. The workout room smelled like cigarette smoke and so it wasn't usable and one of our rooms also smelled like smoke when we arrived.

ITS CLEAN. It is so hard to find somewhere to stay that’s actually clean without having to pay out the wazoo. They change the sheets and tidy up the room like everyday. I felt safe and comfortable, and the beds were fantastic. Staff was nice, and the amenities were great. Wonderful stay, would stay here again.

Wi-Fi was a lil choppy but I didn’t have too much of an issue with it. Location is also meh, but there’s 2 convenience stores, a diner, and a McDonald’s nearby, so it’s not so bad.

Easy check-in. Easy to add an extra rollaway bed for a friend who was staying with us. Staff was pleasant and kind. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Location was great (15 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes from a diner).

There is really nothing that the staff at Sleep Inn could have added to our experience, except perhaps access to a shuttle bus to downtown. But that is being extremely picky and needy. No issues at all.

Cleanliness of the room, spacious rooms, good area.

Nowhere to park, the was a guy sitting on the side of the Building for a long time not sure if he was homeless, employee or just hanging out. Was not greeted upon arrival, by a couple with a baby ( I’m assuming both were employees. Took them a long time to find someone to check me in.

I liked how friendly the staff was. The hot breakfast was a bonus and this hotel is in a good location. It smelled nice in the halls and elevator unlike what was stated in reviews. I like having access to the gym and pool.

The rooms are a bit small. I would have liked the rooms to be a bigger. The wait time for the elevator was lengthy. One of the elevators was broken.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Received a nice goody bag for staying during the High Point Market. Room was not updated, but was clean and comfortable. The coffee was delicious.

The coffee was delicious but the rest of the breakfast was not-so-great. Would have liked fruit options like fruits...bananas/oranges and some other pastries other than packaged honey buns.

I like the location price and cleanliness. The beds are super comfortable.

The rooms 302 303 are located next to the house keeping closet which opens and closes all hours of the morning. Bad place have next to rooms which people are trying to sleep at 5am. I love staying here but I will not stay in these two rooms again. Maybe a door stop at the door to keep their door open while they fill their housekeeping carts instead of letting the door slam everytime they open it. Instead open once place door stop and then continue to refill your cart then only shut the loud door once. Another thing is check out is at 11am. The 930 am tap on the door to ask when we are leaving is annoying when we are aware of check out and we are sleeping or enjoying quiet time.

I don't like that you will discontinue smoking rooms after July. It's hard to find a safe hotel with smoking rooms in the city. Forcing me to stay at super low-end accommodations will suck. It's would be better if you would have windows that opened slightly to ventilate.

Friendly service, Clean room, quiet

when I pulled in the parking spot in the parking lot there was a sign that said, "hotel is not responsible for stolen or damaged property". It scared me that I might wake up to a vandalized or broken into vehicle if I wouldn't have been so tired from traveling all day, too sleepy to drive, I would have booked a different hotel room because I felt i must have been in a bad area. But I got some sleep and my car and property inside were just as I left them
