I Like the fact it was quiet the surrounding was clean,I really Loved everything not much negative I can say everything was Great Thank You so much if my kids was Happy an Comfortable I'm Happy for sure!!

The Air Condition an the way it was in the wall could use an update or remodel around it. An the fact that some Guest they had staying there took Advantage of the outside lounge area to the point I don't think it was fare they left the amount of Trash they left overloaded the Trash can nore took in consideration of the other Guest who may wanted to relax an lounge around because they also did stay out there for a long period of time.

The coffee was great, and the staff were very helpful and understanding when I needed assistance. They also helped call a few places when my phone was out of service and booked a taxi to the airport when I couldn't.

Honestly, no complaints from me. The room was spacious, the only thing I found weird was the bathroom light flickered a few times before turning on fully. It also made flickering noises when turning on.

They could use some better maintenance. Lights were burned out and it took 2 days for them to change the bulbs. There was a well marked "breakfast room" that had nothing but coffee available. Kitchenette was undersupplied with glasses and silverware.

I was traveling with food so the kitchenette was a plus and the lack of breakfast was not a problem. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Excellent soundproofing in the room.

Cracks in the parking lot asphalt and stains on the hallway carpet were signs that the facility is aging but I saved money not having to eat out.

I liked that it had a kitchenette, gym and laundry room

I didn't like that we didn't have cleaning of the rooms, we weren't told apon arrival that the room were cleaned every seven days, also the laundry room didn't have a change machine for coins.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms

There was really only one exit they you could use to leave the hotel, no breakfast like advertised . Not really any restaurants in the area . Also, from what the plaque on the wall said, the elevator hasn't been inspected in two years.

Pet friendly, easy access

Wearing masks, in general, is a medical non sense, has never kept a virus to go through, no difference whether you wear two or three!! But a proper disinfecting of surfaces with alcohol is really what we need here and everywhere else around the world. Thank you for remembering the real science (the one where scientists actually debate, not the dictatorship from governments, TV and Big pharma) and stop spreading propaganda to the world by scaring them. Traveling is perfectly fine as long as good hygiene is respected.

Location was great, customer service was good.

Need bigger tv for the room. No breakfast, had the area but only had coffee. For the price it should have included a continental breakfast.

I liked the pre-packed breakfast although I do wish there was more variety. The space and facilities were great. The location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

That there was no room service and having to ask for topup essentials rather than them being provided.

Good location due to my needs, quite comfortable and nice with laundry room and gym.

A lose shower arrangement and not too interesting breakfast, even if quite useful
