Extended Stay America Suites - Greensboro - Airport

The rooms are always clean when I stay here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. All in all it's always a nice experience here. The location is perfect for me, too.

I don't particularly appreciate it when people smoke right next to the entrance of the hotel - I think you don't have a sign up there. Maybe that's something to consider (some hotels have a sign asking people not to smoke near the entrance). I normally don't have breakfast in hotels but I do have coffee and that was not refilled in the morning.

Grab and go breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious.

The only breakfast drinks offered were coffee and tea. Milk and juice would be nice and appreciated. Also more pillows on the bed would be nice. At least four pillows would be good, not just three. My husband and I both like to sleep with two pillows. And I understand this is out of your control, but we had guests next to us and upstairs from us that were quite noisy at all hours ☹️

I loved the space that the bathroom had the way it was Square it off with the toilet and tub by itself and the sink and Mirror by itself I could shut the door to the bathroom and just be in there with the mirror and bathroom sink or I can shut the door to the part where the mirror and sink was in and just be there I loved it.

The lady said she needed a card number on file just in case of incidentals. But I paid with my card so there was already a card on file. So she told me that if I didn't have a card number on file the next day that I couldn't stay the next day. All I'm saying if they can take payment without me using my card physically then that means they can take money if there are any incidentals.

Room smelled like smoke and no covers for bed

Bed was very comfortable, it was clean and a great value

The only thing I would complain about was no fan in the bathroom and the water had an odor.... dirty smell

The staff was great. They were all quite friendly.

Room had no kitchenware when we got to the room -- nor was there any bed sheets for the sleeper sofa. We got those items, but a little inconvenient to have to go back down to the lobby to get those items. The bathroom door would not completely shut as well.

Everything. The room had so much space. We will be staying again

The comforter wasnt really a comforter more like another nice sheet

Couch seating was uncomfortable. Lack of maid service for the price paid.

Very Clean. No food due to the PANDEMIC. I always book this facility due to its location and it seems to get better every time I stay. I love that they let pets, but someone on my floor had a puppy that barked all night and I did not get any sleep.

the barking dog in the building.....ALL NIGHT LONG. No sleep. I really wasn't sure what to do. They could throw people out in the middle of the night. But I drove 5 hours home on NO SLEEP.

Coolness of room,kitchen and bathroom,plenty of room and nice shower

The queen bed was not comfortable at all/the sofa bed was dirty,so my daughter wouldn't sleep on it,even with the linen on top.Love the pool,workout room.
