La Quinta by Wyndham Greensboro Airport High Point

First time staying at one of their newer/nicer locations. It was great. Ive stayed at older locations with my dog but have seen these new ones passing by them. My room was almost immaculate, not sure how they missed all the potato chips between the bed and nightstand. But otherwise one of the most well kept I've had. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine, had plenty of dry and hot items too.

For a newer building I wish the insulation was better in the walls and ceilings/floors but the noise wasn't so bad I had to complain and it didn't last long. I do wish the TV temotes had a sleep timer but I guess that's pretty minor lol

Room request fulfilled-no questions asked. Staff was very attentive and friendly toward grandkids. Morning hot buffet was an unexpected surprise and the staff member was exceptional at keeping everything fresh and clean with a smile on his face-very friendly. The room was so comfortable and clean as well as the beds. Fabulous colors and artwork throughout. Will highly recommend! Alot of dogs but never heard them barking-a few planes overhead but not a bother at all

Front desk people, checking in and checking out, we’re very nice and courteous.

The complimentary breakfast was great, but the man who was in charge( the cook, I’m assuming was very rude). Definitely not a people person, he could learn a little customer service skills when it comes to dealing with people. Also having the indoor pool on the 1st, May not have been the best idea. Water was everywhere on the floor and the elevator.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was great! It was great that they have drinks and snacks available for purchase at the front desk so we didn’t have to leave for those things. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Overall wonderful experience.

We wished the indoor pool was heated/warmer because it was cold but still enjoyable for a short time.

Impressive new property! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were pretty, decorated comfortably. The bedding was nice and the sheets hood quality. There’s plenty of parking and free breakfast was included.

The down pillows could be less crunchy, it would be great if they had a padded cover on it. At breakfast, the eggs were disappointing, maybe it was a powdered mix.

Staff was really nice, Barbara was the one who prepared my room and cleaned it everyday I was there. She was amazing and the sweetest, she even left little notes :).

only thing is if u didn’t catch breakfast when it opened most of/ all of the food would get gone. My son woke up late everyday the last day was the only day he was able to catch the bacon and sides.

Service were very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious. Fitness area provided cardio + dumbbells and a bench, which isn't fancy but is really all I need to cover the basics.

Location was a bit of a pain, far away from everywhere I was going in Greensboro and confusing with the weave of the highways. Pool hours felt a little short (closed at 9).

The convenience & proximity to the airport. The breakfast, the art work on the walls. The employee's professionalism. The room size was great. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Not one thing to complain about. Except, the pool area needs to be pressure washed and resurfaced. Thank you it was a pleasure staying here...

Newer & clean. Staff was friendly.

Odd smell in our bathroom. Maintenance tried fixing it but nothing helped so we kept the door shut & it was ok. But every times we opened it, it was super strong & we had to allow it to air out before we could walk in to use it. Glad we were only there 2 nights otherwise we would have asked to be moved.

It was a very nice, clean, tranquil hotel. There was plenty of parking space with a stunning lobby that looks like it can sest 100 people in one room. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a very neat bathroom.

I would've appreciated it if the pool could be open at least until 9 pm, but it was a wonderful stay.
