Great location - near the airport and also close to family I came to visit. My check in and check out were very easy. The people who worked at the hotel were all very nice. They were approachable and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful.

There were some things that needed to be fixed in the room: my room door wouldn't lock, the toilet seat was loose; the dresser drawer was off tract and the face bowl was draining slowly. I reported the problems to the front desk before I left for the day and they were repaired by the time I returned in the evening. So, they were taken care of promptly.

Great location to shopping and restaurants. Pam was very busy at the front desk but friendly. Breakfast was good the best hotel eggs were ever eaten. For the most part quite for rest and relaxation

Had to clean the toilet when we got into the room due to urine and hair was on it. Big grease stains on the bed skirt. Had to call front desk not once but twice to report people next door were screaming, laughing and talking loud, throwing each other up again the walls and slamming doors after 11:30PM. Floors in the hallway/elevator were dirty from drink spills

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The room size was amazing and comfortable with all the amenities that you would need at your convience. The bed was comfortable. Definitely will be coming back again! Thanks for everything

The parking during the time we was there was somewhat overcrowded at night. However, the staff made sure that we were safe and that we had everything that we needed.

Parents with children under 18yrs old need to be present with them during breakfast. One morning at breakfast it was 5 children that kept going back taking their bare hands loading their shirts and pockets with food. The worker stood back and watched, she had to replenish the food more than once so that other guest could eat. My husband & I went and bought breakfast somewhere else.

Location was great as it sits in between Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem and options nearby for eating.

I had 2 connecting suites and when I arrived one of the suites were cleaned halfway door was open. There were dirty towels by the door and in the bathroom and the toilet was not flushed, trash was still left there. However I told the staff and they were able to take care of the matter quickly and efficiently and sincerely apologized for this mistake and it was great stay. I would stay again!

Was very disappointed that pool was listed but was not open. This is something that should be noted. I travel at least once a month for work, and this is something that that i will have to consider before staying again.

Very clean. King Bed single suite was much larger than expected, nice hot water. Although short handed, Carol was working nonstop to ensure guests were taken care of. She checked us in after 8pm and then was checking on us at breakfast time at 7am, and then was cleaning up breakfast area and came to check us out at 10am.

The breakfast was a bit undercooked (potatoes and sausage). Could be a personal taste though.

the hot breakfast did have nasty rubbery eggs on two of the three mornings we were there, sub par sausage patties and ran out of spray to make waffles! the other parts of breakfast- the cold items and prepackaged items were fine. it was also disappointing that the pool was drained and therefore non existent.

The room was excellent, great quality and value. Simple, clean and appropriately sized room. I will say at the time of my visit the hotel was relatively new in January 2023. It was in a great location for the event I had to attend. A lot of people that attended the same event stayed at this location.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was centrally located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers not too far away.

It was quite noisy, perhaps due to the room being near the lobby. Although, there were seemingly few guests, I heard doors shutting all during the early mornings and late evenings. The cleanliness and appearance of the room was not the same as it was when I previously stayed.
