I loved everything about this place was my second time staying there I stayed there round thanksgiving in 2022 and this year for my birthday the staff and everyone was amazing

I didn't like the fact that we had to wait awhile for someone to come the door would not open the lanch in the inside ended up opening some kind of way and we couldn't get in the room but the staff kept coming and everything trying her best to do it until the maintenance man came other then that no issues

The property was located right off of the highway. which was very convenient. The room was ready and clean. Everything was top class and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet while sleeping, and The bitch was comfortable. Our overall Steve absolutely anything

There is nothing that I did not like about the property Was Convenient Highway, Property was clean, the south Australia and the continental breakfast was delicious. Everything was amazing

The staff was very nice and friendly. The coffee is very good.

The breakfast was horrible, inedible, really. On day two my room was never refreshed. I could have used some fresh towels and the bed could have been made. Trash can was full.

Staff was nice. The suite had a fridge, so it was easy to keep drinks and food cold. Really comfortable bed and sofa. Pet friendly.

Extra cost for ‘insurance’ took a week to get back into the account. I think these prices should be factored into the cost at the time of booking.

This is the ONLY place we stay when we travel to visit family. We always book a 2 bedroom family suite because its perfect when you are traveling with 3 kids ( 6 yr old twins & 12 yr old). I LOVE that the suite has the 2 bedrooms, apart from the living room & dining room, LOVE that it also has a full kitchen complete with microwave,4 burner stove & oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator as well as the fact that it is already stocked with dishes,silverware, pots/pan's etc. I just cant even say enough about how great this hotel is!

rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable with some living supplies

room wasn't vacuumed the best but it was decent enough for me to not ask for another room and was charged an extra $1 from what I actually was told needed to be paid but its on $1 just an heads up next time

Tina cleaned the room I stayed in and it was perfect. I am very picky about where I stay & ALWAYS check the room before I do anything else. I check beds, furniture and ESPECIALLY the bathroom, EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!! I made sure to let Tina know when I saw her the next morning!! She is AMAZING!!

Nice room size, 2 queen suite, had plenty of room. Location, about 7 minutes from Seymour Johnson. Close to grocery stores and a decent amount of restaurants. Staff was always welcoming and friendly.

Gym wasn't opened, but Planet Fitness is close. Seemed a bit worn down, maybe due to being close the Seymour Johsnon AFB. Beds were uncomfortable. Parking lot, side of hotel, had a couple of work trucks with people sleeping in them.

I love the staff's customer service. The spacious room.

The room could have been cleaner. The furniture could have been cleaner.
