Fairfield Inn & Suites Kinston

The hotel was clean and modern. Small indoor pool and hot tub is a plus. The outside patio is great for those wanting some sun. Coffee bar and refreshing water with citrus slices were great, so you can grab some at any time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it and will definitely stay there again!

The host at the checkin desk was not very friendly. She wasn't rude, but you got the feeling she didn't want to be there. No smile, no welcome, nothing The location was a bit cumbersome to get to the first time. It's behind some industrial buildings with side streets. Once you found it, the next time was easier.

I loved the entire stay. I have no complaints about anything. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the eating area and the breakfast was good and healthy. The free fruit infused water was the best. I kept coming to the lobby just for the water and coffee.

There isn't much to do in the area 😕 but the locations was great considering.

All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top-notch!

The room was nice other than a few issues with maintenance, such as the shower had a couple holes in the base where the caulking looked to be sloppily done. The king bed was not comfortable. It wasn't the worst we've slept on, but both my husband and I woke up both mornings we stayed with stiff backs.

Breakfast was good.

Constant flow of cold air from upper vent towards bed. Mold building up in and around shower area. Quality of workmanship/material in bathroom was not good. Overall stay was not worth price. TV service was poor.

1. The $20 extra per night convenience fee what is to be refuned in 7-10 days. 2. The only seat in the room was at the desk. I had to set on the bed for a chair, as my husband was seated at the desk. All rooms should have a lounging chair along with the desk chair -2 chairs

We stayed there for 5 days checked in Oct 2 thru Oct 7. We drove for 16 hrs before getting to hotel. Arrived at 11:30pm and we had a discrepancy in price from what I booked thru Booking.com and hotel. The girl working the desk (Keosha - hoped I spelled right) called Chaz (the ass. GM). They got me in a room and got it squared away in the morning. Everything was handled so professional by girl working the night desk (Keosha). Very Very impressive. That late most workers would have passed it off and just say “my manager isn’t here”. Very impressed once again. The whole staff amazing as well.

Everything!! My damn name was on the t.v. lol made me feel like royalty! Everyone I asked a question to or spoke to was so nice. The staff in a whole are just amazing definitely coming back but this time I'm not leaving the hotel cause the area around the hotel is horrible

What I didnt like was the area. The spot where the hotel is is just horrible!! NOT the hotel the AREA! The hotel is wonderful

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, very clean. For an indoor pool, was very surprised that the water was cool since the outside was over 90 degrees, very refreshing. Breakfast was good as well, good variety.

The property was in a good location and near the Super Walmart

Everything was great except for the bed. A little uncomfortable but ok for my stay. May want to upgrade the beds. But we had a great staycation. I will stay at this hotel on our next visit.

This location had a nice pool, gym, perfect breakfast, it was decorated wonderfully! loved it
