Location, room size, and price

I don't think that it's fair that locals have to pay a cash security deposit. Although it's refundable. If you're not expecting to pay that, it's not fair to get hit with that on top of your cost of the stay. Say you don't have it, then you are still charged at least half the cost of the room, if not more. Although I'm a local, I like to get a room just to have alone time. But this fee every time may change my mind. Like after a person has stayed a few gives and you see they are not messing up the establishment, can you not charge this fee. I also thought that having the card on file to book also took care of any damages after customers checked out. Charge the card for any damages?? Thank you

The room was clean, and bug free (we left one that wasn't and came here). We really enjoyed the breakfast. Waffles were a big hit with the kids and we liked the variety. Sausage and eggs one day, biscuits and gravy the next day (though we could have eaten that sausage again 😊).

Not that we didn't like, but the desk clerks were not the friendliest I've ever encountered. They were efficient, but zero smiles to be had. Didn't ruin our stay, just an observation.

The second room had been remodeled and very nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Although they are in the process of remodeling the facility is still clean. The noise is expected with the remodel and will be well worth it in the end. However, the new room had some issues; the extra door latch was broke and a couple of good shakes on the door, by our 3 year old granddaughter, it popped open and she could get out. The shower is big and spacious however, there are no grab bars installed inside the shower and no shelf space to place your shower items, it all had to go on the floor. Also, mention of pool in website but it is closed.

I liked to location it was pretty much in the center and close to everything. Mall , food , gym grocery. The staff was pleasant and check in and out was easy.

Only complaint was that the way the shower 🚿 is constructed, water easily get on the floor. When I got out there was enough water on the floor (puddle) that I almost slipped and fell.

The suites door did not close properly to secure the room. We had to go back each time and make sure it locked. The North end door was extremely hard to use the key to get in it and.

Overall was really nice day except for the problems with the dorks.

The breakfast could have more selection. The location was good.

The young woman at the check in was not friendly or helpful. I have stayed there several times and her attitude has not changed. After dealing with her I probably won’t stay at that hotel anymore. Customer service is very important to me.

noisy heater ac, my coffee and soap weren’t promptly refilled, but tea and creamer was always available downstairs, the lady who checked me in wasn’t very pleasant

The breakfast was great. I recommended this location to my sister. She loved it. She had an event coming up the next weekend, she and her husband booked a stay. This will be there hotel for the next stay as well as my husband and I.

construction going on in the lower levels of the hotel but staff did their best to put us far away from it. And they’re not doing any work at night so it was no problem. Limited breakfast due to covid. You might want to check beforehand and see if all the amenities are available with the construction going on. i think i saw some of them closed when i was there.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the micro and fridge, too.

There is no place to put the soap or shampoo in the shower and there is no grab bar. The bed looked very lumpy, but I think it was how they were made. They did NOT have lumps. In fact, it was quiet comfortable. The usual To-Go breakfast. Just wish they'd put out some fruit to grab on the way out.
