The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. With me being new to the area they gave me a lot of suggestions and went beyond. The room was one of the most quietest rooms I have ever slept in. It was amazing. The breakfast was very nice. My room was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in.

I didn't like not getting clean towels every day. But you could go down to the front desk and they were very accommodating. I miss coming back to the room and the bed not being made. But this seems to be the norm since covid

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was larger than expected. I liked having both a microwave and refrigerator nicely hidden in the room.

The bathtub/shower has the potential of a fall due to the absence of traction inside the tub. I slipped and nearly fell while taking a shower. There wasn't a bar to grab hold of so I probably would have reached for the shower curtain to try and break my fall. The pool was not operational ("closed for cleaning"). This wasn't posted when I booked. Honestly, I would have looked at a different location had I known.

Quick and easy to get to. The two gentlemen in the am are southern hospitality and the 1st coffee I've actually liked in a hotel.

If you have a room with 2 queen beds always assume four towels. Knowing mainly families are traveling from spring break. Just saying 😌. The water in the shower there was no in between, it was either melt your skin off or sinking with the titanic cold. I took the cold and did a jamaican rub down. Also shampoo and conditioner would be a plus. Either way it is what it is, just suggestions.

Everything! Located right near a shopping mall area. Places to eat are close by ... even a Starbucks. Breakfast was great ... quite an array of hot and cold choices. You definitely will not need to look elsewhere. Of course, the actual accommodations were excellent. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Breakfast was good - little omelette, would have liked hash browns too. Newer hotel rooms fresh. Across 2 parking areas you are at the large Outlet mall and an Outback restaurant. Very convenient.

Add another hot item with the breakfast.

Large room with lots of space. Having two tv’s was a big plus for our family. Breakfast was great as well. Kids were able to enjoy the pool. I don’t remember his full name but E or East the young man who works the front desk over night very friendly and Accommodating took great care of us, our entire stay thank you!!

The reason for choosing this hotel was location to main road as we needed to sleep to continue our road to Fl.

The only thing was the front desk lady when we 1st got there- she looked at me as if what am I here look? I said well- she might be having a difficult morning. We were there early so I called instead to see if we could check in early- the person was courteous over the phone.

The breakfast was really nice. It was hot and there were lots of choices. The staff were friendly, as well.

The beds were a little firm for my preference. The showerhead was loose as if it had been used to steady someone who slipped in the tub (it was slippery). This made it almost impossible to change the showerhead option.

I liked the location, the ambiance. The room was very nice and the hotel was CLEAN CLEAN

There was a young lady working whose attitude was no acceptable. She was rude, very short patient and disrespectful to customers. Didn’t provide information about location of ice machines, breakfast or how to receive more towels. We couldn’t reach the desk from our rooms so each time we had to go down to the front to information.

Room was clean. Facility was quiet. Good location. Morning check out clerk friendly and helpful (much better than the check in clerk the previous evening).

Very noisy bathroom fan/light on single switch, no towel bars, only one hook outside of doorless shower, lighting at bathroom mirror not bright enough, sheer and light block curtains were dangling from rod on one side barely enough coverage to block outside light, stingy on bath products. Facility was very quiet. RE: request for rooms near each other - ended up with one room on 3rd floor, other on 4th floor. Not close! Due to COVID restrictions free breakfast bag in lieu of usual breakfast service was quite inadequate! One muffin, a small breakfast bar, small apple and small bottle of water. Thank goodness the desk clerk could direct us to the nearby Dunkin Donuts!
