Hampton Inn Lexington

The rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, the beds were very comfortable!! Breakfast was great!!

pictures show that this property has an indoor pool & it does not!! Very disappointing, this was the only reason we booked this hotel, it was cold & an indoor pool would’ve been great! didn’t like that it was advertised as having an indoor pool when it didn’t. Arrived at 3pm (check in time), room still wasn’t ready even though I checked in via the Hilton app the day before!

The breakfast was very good.

We booked through Booking.com which indicated no pets. Nothing against animals, but we are rural people and believe animals belong outside. We did see some pets and inquired at the desk when checking out. The clerk said the hotel was pet friendly. We don't think that Booking.com meant to mislead, but should follow up often with hotels to keep up with hotel policy changes.

Nice breakfast. Roomy rooms and very clean. Comfy beds. Love the larger bath towels. And the blinds were amazing! Front desk staff was very helpful with our wacky reservation I had to make.

We were kicked out of the lobby a little after 10pm, which was unfortunate, but since there were rooms down the hall, it was understandable. Not a bad thing!

I travel frequently and was very impressed. Excellent breakfast and very clean hotel. The seating options and locations are the best I have seen. All staff members that we saw were friendly and helpful. Overall impression was the hotel is run by a team of professionals. The room was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable and no problems with anything.

I did not see any area of this operation that needed to change.

The room and hotel was clean and breakfast was good. No complaints there.

We arrived late at night and the guy who was working was super nice but the cards weren’t working and we had to go back to the desk multiple times and didn’t get new keys until morning. I went back to the front to get toothbrushes and he didn’t know the hotel offered that and I had to let him know there was a sign in the room that said the hotel did. Not a huge deal, just a little awkward. Other than that everything was good.

Breakfast was great! The seating area was private and super comfortable. Staff was attentive and on the ball! Rooms were neat and tidy! This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and I travel a bunch with my friends and family! Will definitely stay here again!

Location was great and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Room location was excellent.

I think the shower could have been a little cleaner there were stains on the grout and tile. Prior guest must have gotten syrup on the arm of the chair so it was sticky. I cleaned it off with a little soap and water. I wish the beds weren't so high being short they are a little hard to get in to.

Location good, close to highways. Room was clean, functional.

Have stayed here before. Breakfast was not like before. Very sparse, no fruit, had to ask to be brought out. Was like the preparer hadn't shown up or whoever did it was not experienced. Excessive noise from room above us. Will request top floo if we return.

Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi and mini-fridge. Good beds, nice linens and pillows.

The pool was closed on a Fourth of July week. No explanation of why. When asked if it would be open later in the day or the next day the reply was was “ No. closed all week”.

Everything else about the hotel was great!

I did not like that the hotel does not have an indoor pool like the picture shows. I told the staff of our disappointment and they said that they have requested that booking.com please remove the picture of the indoor pool, but that booking.com has refused to do so. My daughter was very disappointed because we chose this hotel based on the picture of the indoor pool and she brought her bathing suit.
