Comfort Inn Thomasville I-85

Everything was great. The grounds were well kept, and the entire bldg was extremely clean. There was no random noise or even too much foot traffic. The room was the perfect size. The breakfast was amazing. Great quality all around. Will definitely like to revisit.

The sink being outside of the bathroom. The bathroom was too small. The woman at the desk asked personal questions about our service animal.and that made me uncomfortable.

Everything was OK except- there is a bright light across the street that flashes on and off every few seconds all night long. This wouldn’t be a problem if you could close the curtains, but they have curtains that are secured to the wall and don’t even come close to closing in the middle. So all night long the room is brightly lit and then dark and then light and then dark. So uncomfortable and so unnecessary - please put in actual curtains!!

The staff was the highlight! Especially Sheila with the breakfast and front desk. Always working hard and taking care of others!!

The Beacon lights out front that made it unpleasant to sit at the outside tables in the evening. Suggest to move the table or dim the bright light.

Beds were excellent- comfortable and with soft, clean sheets. Clean, quiet, even with being close to the freeway. Good breakfast choices. Staff was friendly and prompt in working out our initial room issue.

Initial room was musty and smelled terribly of pet. We requested to change rooms and the staff came up with us to offer a couple other choices. They were both fine. So, be aware that sometimes the individual room may be an issue but ask to change. Additionally, the air conditioner was adequate but still struggled to keep humidity low.

I loved all the upgrades. The breakfast was amazing. The eggs were cooked just right. The beds were great especially the comforter. I loved how the floor no longer had carpet. We always stay here when we visit family in Thomasville. We had plenty of towels for our stay. The staff was exceptionally wonderful.

room clean . very well equipped. well cared for. the breakfast bar very neat and well organized and kept. staff cordial. I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed. I would stay at Comfort Inn again if it is like this one.

the solid window curtains were not designed to cover the entire window ( only the sheer ones did) which impinges on privacy at night and impinges on the ability to make the room dark should one needs to sleep during daylight hours.

Friendly and courteous staff, convenient location, clean rooms, and healthy choices for breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. Easy to maneuver to points of interest.

More space in the dining room. It was a wee bit crowded on some days. Air conditioning was a little noisy.

This Comfort Inn exceeded my expections, wonderfully comfortable, clean room. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again when in the area! Staff was very nice and accommodating!

Wi-Fi was somewhat spotty at times.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Access was good.

Overall, great stay. This isn't the Inns fault but we had some very loud, unruly folks in the hall the last night we were there. Otherwise, it was a good stay

The shower didn't have a shower curtain. Had to go get one because the front desk lady put me on hold so long just picked it up from the desk. Plus the strong smell of old lady cologne when entering. Bad smell to sleep with.
