Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington North West-The Vineyard, an IHG Hotel

I enjoyed the cleanliness the staff being right there at the check-in desk to greet you as you come in contact professionalism was phenomenal. To wake up and go to bed, looking at the one venue in Vineyard of all the grapes is very tranquil and relaxing and refreshing milk than what we see you in a regular day bases in Healthcare.

I enjoyed looking at the Vineyard, beautiful, quiet, peaceful view, something tranquil, that you can focus and relax your brain from all the every day hustling both of hlthcare

I usually stay at Hampton but there didn't have any rooms this past weekend. So I booked this hotel. At first, they couldn't find my name and told me that they were fully booked. That shocked me because Booking.com already charge my card. They were able to find my name at last. I went to my room and it surprised me. I didn't expect Holidays Inn's rooms was this nice and clean. I was really impressed that I didn't have any itching after slept overnight. I'm very sensitive and allergic to a lot things. The bed sheets were comfortable and no itchy feeling.

Woke up by other people going back to their rooms around 2:30am. I wish there is a water bottle refill machine. It sucks keep going back and forth to get water.

The hotel's lobby is modernly decorated. The room are very spacious and clean. The beds are so comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated with a bathtub, instead of walk-in shower but has floating sink area and large wall mirror. The TV has cable. There were plenty of clean towels, nice toiletries, refrigerator, and microwave. There was a sign in the bathroom that stated you could get extra soap and mouthwash, even a toothbrush. The complimentary breakfast was fair. I am picky about my eggs, so I opted for raisin brand cereal, sausage (pork and turkey selection),and a cinnamon roll. The pancake maker was out of order during my stay. A number of juice and milk (in the carton) options. I would definitely stay, again. There is a beautiful vineyard located behind the hotel. The area does have limited restaurant options (Godfathers, Mexican, Chinese, Bojangles, and Walmart neighborhood).

The restaurant selection was downer.

RAY was our girl while we were there! So friendly, polite, pleasant, accommodating! We loved it! Will be back- we travel here frequently and know now where to book! Had a blast & taken good care of! Everyone always greeted us with a kind word and a smile- we r from Kentucky! It was like home! Friendly atmosphere! Thank you! & thank you Ray for fresh coffee and smiles :)

location was great, loved the walking trail to the winery

staff was unprepared to handle customer requests and shower curtain was moldy needing replacement. ran out of towels and requested new ones and was told she couldn’t get to them til morning then tried to make hot tea and she told me she couldn’t fill the thing with water I’d have to use the microwave in the room where my husband and kids were already asleep so that was annoying

Convenient to my family members. The hotel was clean and the beds were nice. The front desk ladies were awesome! Very nice and very helpful. Crystal was above and beyond. She worked the desk and cleaned rooms. She is a true gem!

Our toilet ran all the time even after being "fixed" and after having our key cards changed numerous times it was the battery on the door lock that was bad.

Absolute rudest staff of any Hotel we have stayed at anywhere in the country. Jill the clerk on duty the night we checked in was horrible! My family and the other 6 families we were traveling with would have asked for a refund and left the property that night if there would have been anything available around. But it doesn’t stop there the lobby staff the following morning was just as nasty. I mean you don’t treat paying customers the way the staff treated all of us. Then I made a comment and the manager said “well if you don’t like it don’t come back.” Will be calling Holiday Inn Corporate in the morning

I liked the location being near a winery! The room was clean and comfortable. I got a first floor room I requested.

Every time we left the room, the key wouldn’t let us back in and we had to have the card rekeyed, which was a nusiance!

The staff, location and breakfast were great. The hotel was beautiful

The pool being open - I was told it has been closed for 2 years yet it is on the website and on the on-hold music for the hotel itself. I specifically booked your hotel for the pool.

Directly on the vineyard. Room very clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful view. Breakfast was pretty good (continental)

Update the TV. Stations limited, no streaming capabilities
