Quality Inn & Suites

I got a room with a hot tub in it with my bf for my birthday and the hot tub was absolutely amazing. I took like 6 baths in the 2 nights we stayed there. Hot tub has plenty of room for 2 for a romantic bath as well. Room was clean and bed was comfy. AC worked great and kept the room nice and cold.

The mini fridge froze our drinks and we couldn't find away to turn the temperature down a little. Also the hot was amazing but the room was definitely kinda pricey for just the 2 nights we stayed in my opinion.

Never have stayed in a room that was so quiet in this price range. Heard nothing from above or below (and besides) our room and the bed was so comfortable.

Light was burned out in overhead fixture in bathroom. Faucet dripped in tub that did not bother us and we told the front desk because we hate to see water wasted. His comment was we have a $5,000 per month water bill and laughed.

Location was perfect for the needs of my DOG,he loved it. Plenty of outdoor real estate for him to roam. I too enjoyed my stay. And will be back to this location in Lexington NC.

Only thing I can think of is the outside door entry didn't work all the time. Other than that not one thing

Very large room, very clean, easy and nice check-in, convenient location for what we were doing. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay again!

Not the hotel's fault AT ALL: There were some very noisy guests below us that made noise all night long. I didn't bother contacting the front desk, so they were not aware of it. No fault of the hotel at all...Just a note, not sure if it is like that all the time or not? We also had a stink bug in our room, but again, not the hotel's fault! Those suckers will get in anywhere! :)

The mattresses in our room were replaced during our stay; however, the beds were not made back and the mattress plastic was left in our room. Jennifer from the front desk came up so willingly to help make the beds and remove the plastic at 8:30 or later at night, which was so kind of her. She was so sweet to myself and my children who were exhausted and needing to wind down and get some rest.

There was a very limited breakfast. It would be helpful to have allergy friendly foods, and have them labeled so they can easily be identified to limit the time spent in close quarters.

The staff at the front desk as well as the cleaning crew were apsolutly the best I have honestly ever encountered! Palight, respectful,beyond helpful in every possible way! When in town this will be the ONLY motel Ware my,friends,my family,and of course myself will EVER stay! Thank you so much to the entire staff for all there hard work and for going above and beyond there duties to accommodate! Y'all Rock!!!! Cathy n Shawn Mayer......

Everything! We had apsolutly no issues! Our entire stay was PERFECT!!

Location was good. Breakfast was poor. Coffee maker spewed out hot water onto floor. Waffle maker did not work. Out of orange juice. Margarine was frozen - could not spread on bagel. No bread for toast. had we known in advance that "free" breakfast was a sham would have driven short distance to Denny's or one of several nearby breakfast restaurants. Were pushed for time. Repeated problems with card access to door.

The bed was comfortable in the staff was nice. The room was very dirty. We couldn't get the refrigerator to work. Or the TV to shut off.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable and close to everything! We really enjoyed our stay so much!

The heat unit was a little loud but that didn't take away from our trip at all

We needed a place near our home to put up family from out of town for a big family event. We had 6 rooms and everything was great! The rooms were nice and very clean and the staff was exemplary! Everyone enjoyed the stay and was very complimentary.
