Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sanford, an IHG Hotel

3rd floor under construction for updates, never saw anything other than handy men, very quiet. Breakfast was great.

Hotel was being updated, carpets in hall had 2" buckles, but we were explained that changes were coming. The room had wet carpets from cleaning without sucking up the water, fixed the next day, had to put down plastic and towels first night, as it was discovered 10 pm when I took off my shoes. Staff was very helpful. It was re-cleaned correctly the next day.

When i walked in all i smelled was cleanliness. I have stayed in many hotels and have never smelled one that smelled like that. Not only that my room smelled the exact same way and was very clean to back up the smell. The staff were super friendly and the pool was indoor but the roof was open i had a lovely time at this hotel.

Nothing at all. Other then them coming while we were swimming to fix the roof and it didn’t bother us by that time we just got out and let the kids eat and took them back later

The hotel was very clean we never had to ask for clean linens, the rooms were cleaned everyday, the cleaning crew is awesome! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the cookies and sweet tea! The breakfast was excellent plenty of choices and the breakfast staff were friendly!

Location was perfect. Claudia at the front desk around 9 p.m. was very nice and professional. She answered all my check in questions and even told us the best places to get good food which was right next to hotel. Room was VERY clean, sheets fresh and heat was set just right. Only complaint was shower drain was slow and water built-up quickly. Faucet was nice along with updated everything. Secure property as well. We go to Sanford 5 or 6 times a year and I won't stay anywhere else now and I consider myself kind-of picky.

The staff was excellent and friendly. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious! We will stay here again.

Best place I've stayed in a long time! Great attention to details, from pet treats to sweet tea in the lobby. Very clean, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Quiet and safe location. Friendly and efficient staff. Tasty breakfast.

The breakfast was yummy! I didn't expect it. I was super impressed by the care package that my cat received upon checking in.

The card took a few tries to get the side door unlocked. It was just kind of frustrating, but not a huge deal.

Staff was Extreamly courteous and Polite very helpful..It's my place everytime I visit Sandford..

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Long stays only get the room serviced every 5 days. This is not adequate in my opinion. The TV reception was quite poor.
