Comfort Inn Apex - Holly Springs

The bed was quite comfortable, the room itself was clean, and the neighbors were respectfully quiet during the night. TV options were great so we watched a movie before bed. Late night front desk was quick with reception.

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had a few prepackaged muffins, coffee cups with no lids, and literally three breakfast sandwiches ready to be microwaved. Everything that they had they only put out two or three of each product so it made you feel like if you took what you wanted for your family no one else would have anything.

We stay here every time we come to visit family in Apex. Karen at the desk was great at helping to cancel our extra room & refund when a member of our family got sick & couldn’t come. Breakfast was great & the person keeping the breakfast items replenished was lovely and did a great job. We’ll be back next time!

Nothing - everything was great!

The overall hotel was nice, the air was already on and there was not a musty smell in the room like some hotels, it was clean. Great place for a one quick night stay. We need not eat breakfast there so can't speak on that.

Comfortable room. Quiet. Easy to get in and out since light at street. Good location, Close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown Apex.

Pillows, too soft. Evening staff not friendly. Breakfast not special. Miss the chocolate chip cookies.

Miss Tanika (apologies if I spelled that wrong) at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed, but she helped my family members, who arrived before me, check into our room so they didn’t have to wait for me. Location was good, right off the highway. The room and linens were very clean.

Some of the furniture is a little worse for wear (banged up corners, drawers wouldn’t stay shut) but nothing out of the ordinary.

Grab and go breakfast was a joke. Under 150 calories total, cereal bar and a tiny out of date orange. I chose this place when traveling for work. Reviews said great breakfast. It was near business location but had to expend more time and money to get something to eat. Could be fixed with simple individual options like oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, frozen premade biscuits . COVID19 just seemed like an excuse to cut cost in this area.

The breakfast had a good variety of breakfast food.

The shower . No bar inside the bathtub. No where to put your shampoo, soap, etc. Tub was slick, no kind of mat or grip on the bottom of the tub. I would think this would be a safety thing, and for all ages.

Was just a bit disappointed the juice machine was broken at breakfast and no other alternatives were available for children. would not have been hard to purchase cartons of juice in place of the machine.

The property was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was simple but very good. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very very clean!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive to my needs. Parking was good.
