Hampton Inn & Suites Holly Springs

The hotel was very clean, smelling of disinfectant as soon as we walked in. The free breakfast was very good and the hotel's location is good, close to a number of family-style restaurants and shops. It was also reasonably close to the wedding we were attending. The room came equipped with iron and ironing board, which we need for our semi-formal wedding outfits.

The common areas were always very crowded with groups not wearing masks. We were not sure if they were hotel guests or just friends of guests who wanted to use the big screen tvs to watch sporting events. Our room was on the small side and got rather crowded quickly. The ice-maker on our floor was broken.

the staff that night working had just experienced an power outage so I understand the frustration but we’re still consumers and should be welcomed into the establishment like your happy we choose you. the staff was unfriendly, didn’t speak much only asked my name handed my key and started talking to another staff member. Barely acknowledge me i felt more of a bother rather a welcomed consumer.

The property was exceptionally clean! It was obvious that they had been very thorough in each of the rooms and it was nice to see that they shared a specific list of what they had sanitized to give us peace of mind. They offered us bottled water when we checked in free of charge, and that is something so small but so appreciated as a traveler (not to feel nickle and dimed where ever you go).

Breakfast options weren't substantial. There were a few oatmeal and cereal options and a couple premade hot sandwiches but they had breakfast sausage already inside so for those of us who abstain from pork products or meat entirely, or with gluten/carb restrictions, there wasn't much left.

There are a a lot stores, restaurants in the area. It was as close as we could get to our family.

The sliding glass shower door sticks and is almost unmovable. It’s was reported to the front desk, but nothing p been done to correct the problem. HOWEVER, it was the day after Christmas, so they get a pass.

This was our second stay at this location, and the staff was wonderful each time. You could tell there were regular clients who stayed at this location for work, and the staff had developed wonderful relationships with them.

i thought the breakfast was very limited . having stayed at Hampston Inn before locations breakfast were more to choose from. disappointed what was served.

my wife likes assorted fresh fruit, likes Eggs itself. pretty much the breakfast was only thing did not care for. the selection of choice.

The breakfast bar in the mornings was terrific! The host always greeted us and thanked us for coming. Kay at the front desk was very pleasant. The location was very close to our friends.

We wish there were more housekeeping staff to clean the rooms. But we survived and understand completely.

Loved the great breakfast each morning and the delicious coffee! Quiet rooms and comfy beds. Hot water quickly! The business center had fast internet and the printer always had paper!!

It was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to attractions, restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast was great and always an added bonus! The young man behind the desk was so kind to us weary travelers. We were also given permission to use the eating area for our family to eat pizza together on Sat. night. Just a wonderful weekend !
