Holiday Inn Express Apex - Raleigh, an IHG Hotel

The location was great. Easy on and off the highway but tucked back away from the road. Very quiet. The whole hotel was clean. The pool was great. The room was bigger than I expected. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

Nit picking, but the light in the bathroom was not my favorite. Other than that, everything was really great.

The staff was exceptional. We had a problem traveling and contacted the hotel to advise them of our possibly late arrival. Kimberly was the contact person and she was wonderful. She made sure that the rest of our party was made aware of our travel difficulties. The rest of the staff was great too. Very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

There was absolutely nothing that I can say that was bad about this hotel..

The location was excellent for our needs; The front desk staff was friendly; The hotel was clean/modern; Our room was very nice and clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Every time we attempted to call the front desk the line was busy; the complimentary breakfast wasn't good; Automatically getting housekeeping on a daily basis was not offered, but had to be requested.

the lady working the breakfast seems like she had an attitude and did not want to be there and acted like she was inconvenienced when getting food or asking her for food. she just sat there and talked on her phone or was constantly on the phone. My room was only cleaned one time and that was on Friday and no trash was taken out or linens exchanged at all while there

we had two queen beds the first bed when you come into the room the mattress was damaged it had a droop in the mattress

The location is in easy distance, fifteen minutes, to my son's house in Cary.

The building is noisey because the doors close very loudly. It's ok after 11 pm to midnight so it's tolerable but my wife has Alzheimer's and goes to bed early.

I love the level of excellent customer service and that the rooms are clean and quiet. Great location as well The man that assisted us was a 5 star gentleman and compassionate about our situation. We went down to NC for a funeral in a nearby town of Fuquay-Varina but I’m a review reader and found that this was the best location and I’m glad I was right. We arrived earlier then expected but the staff member helped us get situated. I really appreciate how he handled our checkin. We will be back for a family reunion and we will be booking at this location God willing.

The breakfast (chicken sausage) but overall the selection was great and the attendant helping was phenomenal.

The staff members were very polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

There was limited parking in the parking lot but everything was good.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean. The handicapped accessibility was very accommodating. Would recommend staying in the hotel again!

The water was not hot just warm. I like a hot shower. We had a large cockroach in our room the first night. My husband killed it and we didn’t ever see more. I was sure glad he was there because they terrify me
