Best Western Plus University Inn

Everything was very clean the staff was very nice The room was nice and cool whenever I checked in which I like to have been at work all day and it was hot so to come into somewhere nice and cool and have a nice shower was very pleasing

On the other hand I was told by a friend that it was a bar downstairs that have music and food and they close at 12:00 I went down at 11:00 to grab some food and a drink before bed and they closed at 11:00 I was upset about that because then I had to go back out after driving all day and didn't really want too because when I ordered in the food was nasty so I wasted money on food wise while I was there but it's all good the hotel was nice

The carpet needed to be replaced looked like spots of blood or something over the carpet and yes they were very noticeable. But I’m not for sure what it was but I couldn’t walk around with out shoes on . And the BATHROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL . Like there was little movement . I literally had to walk in the little corner just to close the door to get to the shower it was annoying . Besides that everything else was good . Until those things can get resolved i really don’t think it was worth $140 a night . Y’all didn’t even have a microwave . I say per night for a 2 bed should of been no more than $100 .

Room was comfortable and clean. did not get to use pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was decent. It was close to the stadium We had to go to.

The $20.00 charge to checkin 35 minutes early.....If are room was ready and obviously it was, why charge us. Bad, Negative policy. We got in early and used our time wisely, and even left the next day by 7:00 am......Maybe, We should get a credit for leaving early the next day.

I first notice this hotel from Simply Sonja's restaurant. I told myself that I wanted to stay there just to be able to come downstairs and eat. So when things didn't work out for me where I was staying I booked myself there for the rest of my stay and had a very relaxing time with myself. The staff was kind, the room was clean and the facilities were amazing. I worked from my room and just rested in peace. I will be back there no doubt about it.

The breakfast was comprehensive and we really appreciated that. The rooms were clean and overall we had a great experience.

No bad experiences

The rooms were spacious. Hotel was easily assessable and relatively close to our interests.

Breakfast choice were a little slim. Bathroom was super tight with the door barely clearing the toilet. A larger person may have difficulty there. There was one person at the front desk that was super nice and helpful. We teased her that she sure does work a lot of hours. Ice machines never had ice.

Good value, reasonable pet fee. Appreciated the breakfast. Gym was spacious.

There was a party in the large room near the check-in desk that went late into the night. This would have been very noisy for folks on the 1st floor rooms but I was on the 2nd floor in the opposite section of the hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and very clean place

Bathroom too small You barely can fit into it and have to squeeze between the toilet and sink to shut the door in order to get to the shower The door barely pass the toilet in closing it That's how small it was Felt like a cubicle

The manager Zachary and his assistant were very professional, friendly and very informative. He was helpful and made me coffee. He offered us an upgrade with no extra cost. He was dependable and always there to help.

The bathrooms needed som updating but we’re functional.

Close to ljvm, restaurants. Clean and staff was friendly.

The price was extremely high for the type of room it was. Had I not needed the room so badly I wouldn't have paid that much for it. But it was a need to situation.
