Courtyard Winston-Salem University

William at the front desk was exceptional to work with. Hw went above and beyond for us that first day, we had been up for over 24 hours just dealt with some rude grumpy people at the airport and then the rental place and we got there he went out of his way to get us coffee and muffins even though the kitchen was closing. He made checking in a breeze and made us realize not everyone was going to be grumpy. It turned our outlook of North Carolina around!

the property was so easy to find, it was nestled in the little hidden little corner that was easy to get to on the Main Street. but yet you didn’t hear it feom your room. my room at the most gorgeous view of trees and nature

It is located only a 2 minute drive from Wake Forest University. The room was large and the bed very comfy. The front desk staff was awesome and friendly and knowledgeable about the area as it was our first time there. Would stay again.

My trip was too short, only stayed one night. Hoping my nephew decides on Wake Forest University so I can visit..

Location was great. It put us within a few miles of where we needed to be without dealing with the Hassel of traffic and downtown.

Bed could have been more comfortable but an effort was made. There needs to be a mirror in the living area. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Front desk staff didn't give us our food vouchers and we had to dig for information on the second day.]

very convenient to the University Tennis Centre where the Final ATO Tour Event is being held prior to the USA Grand Slam next week

we starved as tennis did not finish until 00.30 Hrs and when we got back to hotel starving there was no where we could order in food. the snack bar saved us but pizza availability would really have filled us up

Lady behind the counter was very helpful multiple times. Represented Marriott well when a patron from the hotel across the street came to complain about something completely out of her control and had nothing to do with Marriott.

The staff was extremely well trained, highly professional, polite and offered suggestions about local dining, discounts on future stays, etc. The lobby and other public areas of the hotel were extremely clean. Likewise, my room was immaculate. Will stay at this hotel on future trips to Winston Salem.

I can't identify anything about the facilities or staff that I didn't like.

Location was great for our visit with friends nearby. (Who, by the way recommended this hotel.) Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, neat and a welcome change from the hotel where we stayed in West Virginia the previous night.

Good location in terms of proximity to WFU. Very reasonably priced. Generous sized rooms. Helpful staff. A good hotel all round.

Great: -Shower -William, the associate on duty morning of July 9. Helped me with my laundry😀 -having a Starbucks in the lobby -use of a lobby for gatherings -cleanliness Overall, would recommend this Courtyard.
