Comfort Inn Dickinson

The stay was up to our expectations. Continental breakfast was one of the best that we have had in terms of variety and quality. Room was clean and spacious. TV and wi-fi were good.

Mattress was a bit too firm for our taste and queens were not available by the time we booked. Didn't appreciate that the price was different/higher for a refundable rate. If that is to be the case, one should be able to cancel for a full refund within the earlier part of the day of check-in. (doesn't allow for car/travel troubles)

my booking.com stay wasn’t coming up for desk clerk. we had switched days to arriving 1 day later. the clerk was super helpful and got us into a room right away, although it wasn’t the ADA room I had originally requested. just hoping I won’t be charged for 2 nights and have to deal with that. the clerk said it shouldn’t be a problem. hopefully he follows up.

I’d like to say that the staff at this hotel made our trip. I’m so horrible at names but pierced beauty w tatts and big booty. and the new girl training. breakfast and the Christian all these employees EXCEPTIONAL best trip ever! great breakfast. great employees and sick pool. def coming back/ we loved all y’all. shalom shalom be blessed till we return✝️🙌🙏🕊️❤️

Spacious room, loved that our room looked on the indoor pool. Kids loved the pool , good variety of slides and things for the kids at the pool.

Facilities were starting to age a bit, some things we old, scratched or slightly broken. But didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Water in the shower was warm but not really hot.

I recently stayed at this hotel and i was thoroughly impressed with my room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets that were provided. The bathroom was also very clean and had plenty of fresh towels.

The waterpark is excellent! This is worth the stay hands down! It was fun not only for the small kids in our family, but the older 'kids' as well! The rooms were clean! The breakfast room was great to allow our family to gather and have meals together. It is right next to the pool area so it was very convenient for the people swimming to join the family hanging out. The beds were comfortable and the TV's were a good size.

The hotel seemed to be under staffed (possibly with the influx of travelers since COVID restrictions have lessened). Room service was not automatically given (it had to be requested), but the room was clean. The window in our room opened the full way, which having a small child is scary since he easily could have pushed the screen out if he wasn't being supervised.

There was a good selection of food and it was all delicious. The lady in charge of the breakfast room was very nice and welcoming and kept everything very clean and nice. There was ample seating and a friendly atmosphere.

The toilet was low while we like a higher stool.

Very comfortable bed. Mexican restaurant next door (El Sombrero) is very good. Easy to get to from Interstate. Clean room with two mini fridges and a microwave.

Breakfast is over at 9 and by a quarter after there isn't even coffee. Refrigerator in room was a little noisy but easy to unplug.

I go to a motel to sleep. In that respect the bed rated a 10. The mattress was soft, yet firm. The kiddie pool was one of the best I've ever seen for kids. All the grandkids cried when they had to get out! That gets a 5* rating!

The halls reeked of cigarette smoke (I'm a non smoker and I smell stale cigarette smoke immediately) and the rooms smelled musty. The sink was cracked and, since I was on the ground floor I heard the water in the pipes every time someone flushed the toilet or used the sink. The facility could definitely use some updating.

The manager, Laura, went over the top to make my visit with my daughter, son-in-law & grandkids more than memorable. Thank you so much, and especially thank you to Laura. Her style of costumer service should be exemplified though out the Comfort Inn establishment.

It would be great to see more jacuzzi suites.
