Heritage Hotel and Suites

We arrived very late in the evening after driving all day, and the front desk gentleman was very welcoming and extremely helpful in getting us an amazing room. All the amenities we needed were available.

The first room we were given that we had booked online on our way to Dickinson, turned out to be not cleaned by housekeeping but entered into the system as ready. The gentleman was totally unaware of the condition of the room. He was so gracious, upgraded us to a new room, and accompanied us to it to see that it was ready. We had an unexpectedly amazing experience by the completion of our stay.

The gentleman who worked the desk was especially friendly and courteous. When we could not get the tv to work or needed the refrigerator to be a bit cooler, he came up immediately and corrected the issues. Our room was clean, close to the stairs. There was an elevator. We were not there long enough to really take advantage of other amenities, but we would definitely choose to stay at the Heritage Hotel again. (The outside waterfall was a beautiful surprise to view.) I also appreciated the reasonable price of the room.

Maybe better signage to identify the location of the hotel. There was the continuous sound of a generator/AC unit (outside of the room) which could be heard if there was no other noise in the room. It did not affect our sleep or activities.

Liked nearly everything. Hotel was "kinda tucked away" behind a couple of other businesses, toward the back of a parking lot, which made us a little apprehensive at first, but our concern dissipated upon entering parking and entering the hotel.

No visible staff, though, I/we expect they've been hit by staffing issues, so no big deal. No (longer) breakfast on site. There is a dining area with coffee and juice dispensers, so there may be effort to make the aforementioned available. Unfortunately, at 7 am, there was no coffee. : (

It was a really great hotel...quiet and beautiful. The bathroom counter was huge which was super great...lots of space for all your travel goodies. The room was nice-sized and had all the space you needed along with an extra lounge-chair w/ ottoman which was nice to sit in and read or watch TV instead of always having to be in the bed or the office chair.

The extra amenities like breakfast and sundries weren't at this hotel but they were across the parking lot at the neighboring/partner hotel. The rooms could use a little more maintenance with a few things like the shower diverter valve as the pressure was low until we fixed it ourselves and just some minor wall blemishes but nothing bad that affected the niceness of the stay.

There was an elevator and a device to wheel bags. The room was rather large. There is a free exercise room and a small swimming pool that were easy to use.

It was very hard to find, due to apple's google map saying it was closed and android's making the last 150 feet into a 4 step process that we couldn't follow. There is no large sign so i just walked around till I found which of the hotels was the one referred to by the Heritage Hotel sign on the main street. This is not the fault of the hotel.

I like the kind staff who answered my questions. The pool, breakfast area, lobby, and laundry room were so clean. Our room was very nice. The Laundry washing machine was free and only the dryer was charged a reasonable fee. Easy on and off the Freeway with restaurants close by.

The freeway sound when trucks wheels would go off to the ridges. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Extremely helpful and responsive manager (Josh) made our stay most pleasant. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and a mall within walking distance. There were free laundry facilities on site. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but they did have decent coffee and there were numerous breakfast options nearby.

They advertised a breakfast, but there was none offered because they were short staffed. The room was large, clean and bed very comfortable. However, the A/C unit was very loud and kept us awake.

There was no breakfast, which was one of the reasons we reserved there. Also, because of being short staffed, they shared a check in person with the hotel next door, so we had to wait a long time for her to come across the street and check us in.

It is conveniently located just off the interstate with gasoline, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was large and very clean. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The room also has a microwave, cable tv and a small refrigerator. The air conditioner kept the room comfortable. The WIFI and cell reception were excellent. The bathroom had lots of hot water. I would stay here again.

Only coffee and juice were available for breakfast.

No breakfast offered. Our room had a fridge and microwave, which we were prepared for. We needed a room, and I waited too long to book… and this was the best option. For a holiday weekend, we were glad to find a room. It was clean and comfortable, met our needs perfectly, and the price was reasonable. Nothing spectacular, but given the options, I would book this hotel again.
