Nice lobby and bar area. Had a modern and clean feel to it.
The LED lights in the bathroom did not match in color or brightness, the toilet paper dispenser was detached from the wall, the shampoo bottle was empty, the armoire hinges on the door were broken and we could not control the temp of the room with the thermostat.

I did not eat breakfast because the dinner at the hotel was expensive the night before but I did enjoy the meal. Location is ok I had to book a Lyft ride 3 times and pay extra to get a ride so I choose to pay more and get an express ride bc the 3 previous regular pay attempts failed.

I enjoyed the kindness of the staff, everyone was so nice. The room was large and the bed was really comfortable.
I was not a fan of the cleanliness, the carpets were a bit dirty and the shower was a bit grimy (but large so I appreciated that). There's not much for insulation, you hear everything. I was warned on arrival and even given ear plugs.

You was apparent that the hotel was short staffed. The employees were very helpful but the restaurant was closed most of the time, the bar had limited drinks, many that were on the menu were not available.

Location was great rooms were large
Skirting around beds were stained and in one room looked like they had some water damage in it. Also because of Covid restaurant and bar were not opened. No free breakfast either
