There was a party of about 6 at the bar who were clearly on drugs. They kept going to bathroom together and coming out and handing things to each other and tripping around. This was 10pm and there was a gymnastics event with little girls running around. It was disturbing. Then the next morning we woke up and went to leave and a man was standing directly in front of the back door smoking weed. You had to walk through his smoke to get out of the door. My sons were going to a football camp and could not smell like that so we walked all the way around and got picked up. Terrible way to remember such a nice place. Not sure how you can get rid of situations like these but they really dampened a good stay.

We read the previous reviews and Thomas was mentioned in most of them . Well we was greeted by Thomas and my fiancee was so excited to meet the man behind the reviews . He was so pleasant and helpful with our senior friends that was with us. The hotel was clean and staff was professional and friendly- The lady who helped navigate us through breakfast the next morning was the best ! Definitely will stay here again when we come back .

Everything was great

The staff were exceptional! Front desk staff, Thomas, was so pleasant and “on it” handling any question and need as we were checking in. He went above and beyond! The other three front desk clerks we interacted with were also very effective and pleasant. The hotel was full with a convention and a rock band staying on site so the place was busy-but it was always so well managed. The food at the Grille for dinner and breakfast was deliciously prepared. We loved our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

No breakfast was included. The buffet would have been $12, but I doubt it would have been worth it.

Very strange way the bed was made. The fitted sheet was on the bottom of course, but then a blanket and then two top sheets. It was the wrong order. The blanket should have been between the two top sheets. I had to take off the bedding and remake the bed. I've never seen anything quite like this. Lots of noisy teens in the corridor until sometime after midnight.

The pool was warm. Rooms were very clean, you could actually smell the cleaner when we got to the room. Beds were comfortable.

I thought there was a free continental breakfast, but there wasn't unless I was a Gold Hilton Honors rewards status. The pillows could have been a little more firm. The floor in the pool area was very slippery. I slipped and fell and hurt my ankle, back, neck, and hit my head when I was walking to the bathroom to change back into dry clothes, even though I was walking very slowly to avoid slipping.

We were traveling and booked this hotel pretty last minute. It was a beautiful space, the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the bar was fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The beds are quite comfortable with clean white bedding. Bathroom and towels were also clean. Two free bottles of water, fridge and coffeemaker are provided. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful.

The restaurant menu is limited and just okay. But it is convenient if you don’t want to go elsewhere.

We didnt have breakfast. The gentleman running the bar & grill was great. He was really working his tail off.

The head manager. We asked about a shuttle to the Good year theater and really didnt like his attitude. yes that venue was close but it was raining cats & dogs, He did offer us umbrellas but we couldnt guarentee we could bring them back.

When I checked in the people at the desk were wonderful, I think the name was Thomas and he introduced me to two others, Ken and Liz..made me feel welcome. Very nice staff!

I thought breakfast was free until I got there, but ordered and billed it to my room.

I like the staff, very friendly. The hotel was peaceful, clean and quiet. Very good complimentary breakfast! Safe environment.!!!

I was told personally by a staff member that mask were required when I had mislocated my mask. I observed the front chef doesn't wear a mask or prep with gloves in front of guest. Also many guest wore no masks and sat at the dining and bar area. The hot tub has brown looking filter dust floating above the water in the corner area.
