Courtyard by Marriott Akron Stow

As soon as we walked inside, we were astonished at how clean and orderly the establishment was. Very modern and classy. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was very quick. Once we arrived in our room, the TV came on with all of the hotel information. This was easy to use and a nice personal touch since it displays your name in a welcome message. The bistro offers simple, but delicious food that you can eat there, or take back to your room. Overall, our stay was a 10/10.

The check in was outstanding. Plus when we got into the room the front desk called, simply to make sure everything was okay with the room and that we don't need anything additional! The decor in the lobby and room was also exceptional. Not the Courtyard of old very posh, very modern. I was very pleasantly impressed.

The pillows were foam and not the best, but the lack of a complementary continental breakfast or even coffee was very disappointing. They have a Starbucks right in the lobby but again having to shell out over 2 bucks for every cup of coffee left me reeling.

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Nice size room. Friendly staff. Loved the common areas. Starbucks. The lounge. Gym and pool were very clean.

Just the carpet in our room and hallway maybe hadn’t been vacuumed recently. However everything else was very clean and well kept.

The room was super clean, the mattress was comfortable and the pillows cozy! We even got the extra pillows we requested which was the first time that has ever happened!! And the shower head and water pressure were awesome!! I wish we could have gotten there earlier to enjoy the pool and hot tub and balcony! Our son just moved to the area so we will be back!!

I’m sorry but that picture in the bathroom was creepy!! Looked like a clown’s big eye peaking through a mini blind. I would much rather have seen a picture of some thing from the local state parks.

Convenient, restaurant server was very professional and friendly. Front desk clerks were professional and friendly as well. Close to concert venue.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. But we did have dinner and it was excellent.

We did not pay the additional fee for breakfast, I felt it should have been included. This location was near the concert venue. My sister and I were very happy with our room, very clean and a comfortable beds.

It was quiet, great location, clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. Maybe 5 minutes into the room she called and made sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. I really liked that.
