Staybridge Suites Akron-Stow-Cuyahoga Falls, an IHG Hotel

Location - very close to Blossom Music Center where we saw the Backstreet Boys concert. Can’t beat the price for 2 bd suites with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, free breakfast, free laundry. This hotel has 2 gas grills where we did BBQ. The staffs were friendly and attentive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Glad we chose to stay in a King suite that includes a kitchenette, dining/sitting area, and a separate bedroom. The sofabed is more comfotable than that from other hotels. Really helps on a long road trip to have a comfortable space to return to.

The room & entire hotel was very clean with beautiful modern decor. Loved the vanity separate from the shower/toilet. Air conditioning worked excellent and the cooled the entire room.Bed was very comfortable. The pool was well kept and clean. Gym had excellent equipment and extremely clean. Location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping close by. Loved the well kept outdoor seating & grilling area . The breakfast was different every day ,well stocked, and of great quality with several choices .Happy hour Mon- wed was an excellent amenity with excellent finger foods & snacks ,beer and wine & fresh coffee and soda machine & met some wonderful people as well . The hotel was quiet, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I would 100% return! Made our family's stay in Ohio for our sons graduation from Kent State very enjoyable.

There was no ice machine in the main lobby although i was told most rooms contained ice makers . Ours did not but the hotel staff was always available to get it for us.

Clean hotel! Breakfast was better than advertised! Near the Park, which was what we were looking for.

We requested rooms near each other, which we initially received. When we went to our room, we found that one of them had not been cleaned. One party was relocated on another floor. Not ideal, but worked out okay.

It was good. Liked the breakfast sandwiches, fruit & muffins. Zach at the front desk was excellent. He helped us with directions to Kent State for for dropping off our daughter for freshman year. He was really nice and very helpful. Room was very comfortable and very clean.

Location is great with plenty of food options walking distance away. Good breakfast, and friendly staff, very clean place, beautiful court yard with grill and tables

Didn't like the beagle barking in the room when his owner went down to breakfast. And the pool area was so stuffy and very high chlorine levels in the air. Pool was great but couldn't sit in the area long it made your throat sore and gave us a headache.

We were 3 hours early and they got us in 2 hours early. People had just checked out and the rooms still needed cleaned. We drove around for a while and got in 2 hours early. This allowed us to get our stuff in and we had time to get ready for a concert we were attending instead of having to rush around.

Price was a little high, but the hotel and room were so great it doesn't matter!

Nice big and comfortable two bedroom room. Pleasant to eat in the room if you are avoiding Covid. Supermarket nearby. The free meatballs in the evening were really good.

We had to ask for hand towels. No hangers in the closet. Shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Corroded batteries in the tv remote. Admittedly, these are miner issues that are easily corrected, but don’t they have a checklist to follow when they prepare a room?

toilet whistled when you flushed . tv remote for living room didn’t work even after my husband got batteries for one in the room and then got a second one when the first still didn’t work. breakfast was not very good . biscuits were hard , butter was hard so couldn’t spread it easily on toast . omelets had green peppers which I couldn’t eat so mostly I just ate toast with hard butter for breakfast

We only stayed a night, but we've been here twice now...very satisfied each time! Nice place, nice employees, clean, and comfortable.
