Best Western Suites Columbus

The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! They also provided really great quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached to the shower. The TV channel options were limited but was still pretty decent. Were pretty spoiled when it comes to TV though lol

The toilet paper wasn’t the greatest, so we went and bought some higher quality tp. From what I know, there was only one ice machine that was at the opposite side of the building. We had a handicap room, and that wasn’t so convenient. It would’ve maybe been nice if the ice machine was in the lobby or even breakfast room.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were just kind and attentive. I really enjoyed my short stay at Best Western and particularly loved the wide array of breakfast choices that other large chain hotels are still failing to provide; ( citing the now wearisome "health issues"; even though they have removed every other recommendation by World Health Organization.) Probably one of the cleanest mid range hotels I have been in in the Columbus area and will definitely choose it again, if I ever make my way back to Ohio.

It really could not have been better. I had mistakenly booked a handicapped room but was given the choice to upgrade at no cost. Since I was getting treatment for lung and heart issues in Columbus I decided to stay and it was just wonderful.

Staff was beyond amazing! Loved walking downstairs every morning to the front desk person asking what our adventures for today were and always so kind to our 8 children. Even helped make one night extra special. As my daughter lost a tooth and she was set, she needed an envelope to put it in. The staff were amazing and gave her one without missing a beat. After the first day we decided to extend our stay and staff were more than on top of it. Made the process quick and easy. My kids always looked forward to the waffles at breakfast too ! Lol

Hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was great-protein options offered each day.

Check-in staff was rude. Not even a welcoming demeanor at all. Very short, curt manner and would not allow me to use a credit card that my husbands name was on-when I have been a user for over 40 years. No luggage carts after waiting over an hour when we checked out. Other guests are allowed to hoard them inside their rooms forever with no policy in place evidently. Asked to speak to a manager, nothing offered as a solution, terrible customer service here!~

Everything. Beds were comfy but not too soft. Pillows were flat but as long as you used both pillows it was fine. Very clean....no carpet in the room which was awesome to see bare floor albeit vinyl plank floors. breakfast was awesome and prolly the best breakfast from a hotel. Lots of options, eggs could've been a little better but thats just being picky

The air conditioner in room 204 that we stayed in made a rattling noise and kept going on and off. Took a long time to cool the room off but it eventually got the room cooled down from 75 that they had it on to 68 degrees by morning. Just a minor complaint

This motel was by far my favorite on our 2 week trip across the Midwest. The king bed was very comfortable. The room was attractive and the bathroom was updated. It was spacious, with a sofa/seating area at one end of the room. The breakfast was great. There was a white board outside the breakfast area announcing what the breakfast menu was for the next morning. It was 'scrambled egg mix', which was scrambled eggs with diced potatoes and bits of bacon. It was very good. There were freshly cooked strips of bacon as well. They may have had biscuits and sausage as well, but the egg dish was what I remember! There were also waffle makers available, cereal, etc. It was a larger breakfast area than many places offer these days, with more variety. I was a happy traveler as a comfortable bed and a good breakfast are high on my priority list!

Nothing! I liked everything about this motel. There was a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance, but that was not an issue for us as we were not planning to go swimming and were just passing through the area. If you are counting on using the pool, I would call the property ahead of time to make sure it is open.

I liked the room size and the options for either a big family or just a couple . The beds were comfy even the pull out sofa was comfortable! I liked the shape of the pool and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The front desk lady was very nice and went above and beyond!

The pool was nice but the chemicals were strong . There wasn’t enough towels for 4 people and there was a lack of pillows .

This is one of my favorite hotels and I travel a lot. Every stay in this hotel has been exceptional. Friendly, professional staff and very attentive to customers, I stay here every trip to this area.

There was not anything I didn't like about this place. I do not have any negative thoughts about this hotel Would like an exterior pool.

The staff was great very friendly and went out of their way to get us a room on the first floor and very close for parking due to my boyfriend recently having surgery we will definitely stay there again

The only issue we had was the tv kept losing signal but the staff came right away to fix it

Hotel was very clean, room was spacious, beds were super comfortable and lots of pillows! Shower was hot and good pressure. Very modern hotel. Free breakfast was solid too. Convenient to downtown Columbus without paying premium prices. Short drive or rideshare into town.

Not the hotel's fault but road construction at the main intersection made it difficult to turn left onto the highway.
