The rooms were amazing. The pool although small was warm and clean. It was raining and our very large groups moved from outside by the pool to inside by the front counter and we had a lot of fun. The employees were fine with it.

The microwave was dirty. The pool was small and no hot tub. The bathroom in the pool area was trashed and the key wouldn't work to open the pool area. It was by some nice looking apartments, but the area wasn't as ok as it seemed. There was one car in the front parking lot with a rock smashed through the windshield. We parked in the back and the next morning there must have been another broken side window on someone else's vehicle smashed out that was parked down from us because there glass from a window being smashed out on the ground.

The staff are professional, the property is clean the rooms are nice. Thembani checked us in and he was so polite and respectful. Very welcoming. I witnessed a customer disrespect him and act rude towards him and Thembani maintained his bearings and remained professional and serviced the customer with respect and dignity, just as he served myself and the other patrons.

I requested a room with a stove/burner and they gave me a room with a full kitchen but no heat source to prepare a meal. No stove or burner like I requested.

We LOVED the room. Very clean. A LOT larger than we expected. All of the amenities included in the room were AMAZING. We were honestly very impressed with everything for the value of the room. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very kind and helpful. She had a very positive attitude and answered any questions we had with a smile in her voice. This was very much appreciated after traveling. We would HIGHLY recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be looking forward to our next stay here.

The pool room could use some attention. It did not seem as clean as the rest of the hotel. The water had a green tint to it, and we weren't sure if that's the way it should be or not. The towels were on the smaller side and there didn't seem to be enough for the guests. (Altho the front desk worker did her absolute best to make sure she kept them stocked.)

I liked the comfortable queen bed. I liked using the curtain divider so I can watch TV while my husband continued sleeping. I like the breakfast selection especially the omelette cheese servings with the turkey sausage patties.

I was hoping (for I had written a request in my booking)that I would get the first floor room for I had my dog with me. Instead I was in the middle of the second floor a bit away from the main elevator. The room was clean and quiet.

The Breakfast was a little sparse but understandable considering the Pandemic cautions in place.

This is not really a criticism or complaint. Both my wife and I and 70+ years old. The walk from the elevators to our rooms was rather lengthy. At the end of a very long hallway. It could be that was all that was available. Perhaps the check-in Rep could be a little more conscious of this kind of problem for seniors. Perhaps he could have assigned another room or even recommended an upgrade to alleviate that problem. Sorry that was a LOOOOONG walk. He is familiar with the building, we are not.

The price for our room for a family of 6 was under $200, so my expectations were not high; however, the room was very nice, spacious, and full of small amenities like a stocked kitchen and a curtain to pull between the queen beds and sofa pull-out.

You did need to reserve a 30 minute block of time in the pool, so we opted not to swim.

I was told when I checked in we had to reserve a time to use the pool in half hour increments and it closed at 8. my husband called down at 7 to see if we could use the pool as it was empty. the girl at the desk told him that she was about to close it up and only one person at a time was allowed to use it. ridiculous.

I loved how awesome the front desk staff was. I believe her name was Crystal maybe (Caucasian & long hair). She worked 2nd shift. Super nice, attentive. She was like super women since working all on her own. She checking us in, taking phone calls, letting people in the pool areas, giving towels all with a smile on her face. It was nice watching her handle all that responsibility very well. I’d definitely come visit this location again!

The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel, and it was kept very clean. Hotel room was perfect just like the pictures shown on the booking app.

I didn't really like how you had to ask for your room to be cleaned or for the staff to bring you more towels. I would have liked to come back to a clean bed and new towels after a long day of touring Columbus.

It was just off the freeway so convenient to just about anything.

The entrance is a bit awkward and there’s a severe bump coming in. Our room was great. Only complaint is that the bathroom mirror light was very dim. Breakfast was lovely!
