Comfort Suites Findlay I-75

We have stayed in a lot of comfort suites and this is by far the best. Brenda at the front desk was personable, helpful, and kind. She really made us feel welcome and was able to answer all of our questions. Jody was fantastic at the breakfast. She kept everything stocked and was kind and helpful to our boys. A lot of places stop re-stocking their food the last our but she was really on top of it. They offered something for everyone both hot and cold choices plus to go bags for travelers that don't have time to eat. That is a super great idea. The staff at this facility really understand and provide what guests want and need. The rooms are clean, the beds are really comfortable, the furniture is really nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are huge. Normally you can barely turn around in hotel bathrooms but this one was spacious and functional. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

We loved our stay and I don't have any negatives to share.

The staff was very friendly, even though when my girls and I checked in they were having their Christmas party. They were still nice n considerate. The pool was nice n clean n plenty of clean warm towels, lolol.. And our housekeeper Debi, she was exceptionally phenomenal. She gave us extra trash bags, tidied up our room n made our beds. She even gave us all fresh new towels, she was awesome and very nice to my daughters. They liked her alot. Way to go Debi. We left her a Christmas basket, hope she liked it.

The only two downfalls was that we couldn't take our dog with us, no pet policy..😓😟 n the breakfast could use a little more variety than just sausage n egg patty or Belgian waffle, maybe b&g or able to make an omelet some boiled eggs or some fruit..

I loved that the rooms were adjoined like I requested. I was traveling with grandchildren and needed them to be that way. I was very pleased with everything and the breakfast was a plus. Check in was smooth also.

Someone urinated in the elevator and that made me a little worried about letting the grandchildren use the pool area for safety reasons. We did not actually see the person that urinated in the elevator. When we went down stairs to retrieve something from the van we put the yellow caution signs in the elevator.

Lobby and breakfast area were spotlessly clean and very festive. We always book a 2 x Queen plus sofa bed room. Brand new pillow-top sofa beds here and they are the comfiest we've had on I-75... and we've tried a lot! Breakfast was good enough, plus the breakfast room attendant insisted we took a snack bag each for our long wintry trip ahead.

Lumpiest pillows we've experienced... ever. Comically lumpy, unfortunately. Like something out of the Flintstones. These need to be replaced immediately. Would like see recycling options at breakfast.

Breakfast was good, was expecting a cold continental breakfast but happy to see hot scrambled eggs and sausage. Room was very near to entry which was good as we are 78 and 85 years old. Less walking for us. We were able to have a handicap parking spot at no cost which was very much appreciated! 👍

We had to leave before breakfast was available. However, we were able to fill our travel mugs with coffee, which was nice. Also, we arrived earlier than 3 check in. The receptionist arranged for us to check in early with the help of cleaning staff!

It's not a big deal but it would have been nice to have muffins, cookies or granola bars for those travelling before 6 am breakfast time.

Nice facility. Liked the care package for the day travel...water and health food snack bar and candy

Care package wasn't offered on Saturday or Sunday. There were kids sports teams playoffs going on which impacted the breakfast menu availability

Price, facility, and staff were all great! The beds are extremely comfortable. And very clean rooms! The A/C worked great and hot water for showers! Pool and work out areas were very clean and open. They have one treadmill, one bike machine and one weight machine, and a tv in the work out room and offer towels in these areas. This is a very clean, recently remodeled facility. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was too short! We would have stayed longer if it was an option. This facility was above our expectations for sure!

The only thing I could really find as a drawback was noisy small children on the same floor.. I do believe there can be an option for hotels to have that single travelers can have the option to choose a room not near rooms that have guests with small children.

The staff is very nice, friendly, helpful. The breakfast is good and location is quiet and near I-75. The pool was great!

That I couldn't stay a few more nights, had to head back home. The sheets were filled with static. Other then that it was nice and relaxing. The TV was not smart TV.
